4、eaupikabutalsoinsomaticcells.ToprovetheinferenceweclonedthefulllengthsequenceofLdhcdeterminedwhetherLdhcwasexpressedinsomaticcellsexpledtheeffectsofelevationontheLdhcexpressionofplateaupika.Theexpressionpatternsoflactate

5、dehydrogenase(LDH)isoenzymesspectrumweremeasuredthroughpolyacrylaegelelectrophesis(PAGE)TheLdhcgenewassequencedanalyzedbymolecularbioinfmaticsapproachthemRNAexpressionlevelsindifferentaltitudes(32004266m)weredetectedbyre

6、altimePCR.TheresultsshowedthatsixbsofLDHisoenzymeswereshowedintissuesofplateaupikas.ThefulllengthpikaLdhccDNAwas1624bpwitha999bpopenreadingframeencodingapeptideof332aminoacidsa106bp5untranslatedregion(UTR)a519bp3UTR.Thec

7、odingsequenceofpikaLdhccDNALDHCsubunitshared7786%7488%homologytothatofratmousecowhumanrespectively.ThemRNAexpressionlevelin3200mwasobviouslyhigherthanthatin4266mwhileinsomaticcellsLdhcgenewasnotfound.Inconclusiontheseres
