6、mentoftheemployeesmustbedeviced.Thissystemcanuseinterviewsrecdsofprofessionalresultspsychotests.2.OBJECTIVESOFTHEASSESSMENTtherewardanemployeehopestogettheproductivityachievedbyhimthederbeing:productivity–perfmanceassess
7、ment–reward.Ifoneoftheseelementsismissingisnotcrectlydefinedtheemployeesdonotgettherewardtheydeserveanyme.Duetotheperfmanceassessmenttheincreaseofsalariesisaccdingtothemeritsnottotheseniity.Themanagerhastheroletoevaluate
8、crectlythesubdinatesbycomparingdifferentlevelsofperfmance.Inspiteofthisfewemployeesseetheconnectionbetweentheleveloftheirperfmancethesalarytheyget.Nowadaysthesequenceproductivity–perfmanceassessment–rewardinthestateowned
9、ganizationsinRomaniahappensonlyfonepartoftheemployeesastheirresultscanbecountedbynumberofpiecesnumberofoperationsvalueofsalesetc.Inthiscasetheassessmentaimsonlytheaspectsrelatedtoquantity.Ftherestofthestafftheindividualp
10、erfmancelosesitsmeaningfsizingthesalaryotherfactsunstimulativeoneshavingmeimptance.[3]Thisproblemisevenmedifficultinthecaseofthepublicclerksasthewkingofthewholeobtaintheefficiencyoftheadministrationbyfeseeingtheevolution
