8、stsignificantphenomenoninChinaˇscurrentrefmisthedeclineofstateownedenterprisestheriseoftheprivatesect.HoweverthereisstillalackoffirmlevelevidenceontheperfmanceofprivateenterprisesinChinamainlyduetothe3ContractingAbilityI

9、ssuesEvenifthestatecitizensagreethatprofitmaximizationistheonlygoaltobepursuedbySOEscontractingabilityissueswillalsomakestateownershiplessefficientthanprivateownership.Propertyrightsliteraturesuggeststhatthereisabroaderr
