4、atacrisisinbusinessisinevitablebutonly50percentofthesehadtakenanyproductiveactioninpreparingacrisisplan(Augustine1995).Companiesgenerallygotogreatlengthstoplantheirfinancialgrowthsuccess.Butwhenitcomestocrisismanagementt
5、heyoftenfailtothinkpreparefthoseeventualitiesthatmayleadtoacompany’stotalfailure.Safetyviolationsplantsinneedofrepairsunioncontractsmanagementsuccessionchoosingabrnameetc.canbecomecrisesfwhichmanycompaniesfailtobeprepare
