3、reform. To survive and develop the Coal Corporations should exercise market economy means adjust organization structure actively quicken the reforming and innovating accelerate the optimizing and upgrading of tradi

4、tional industriescultivate their core competence. It is an urgent issue for the Coal Corporations to draw correct development strategy and cultivate their core competence, gain market competition sequentially, and

5、it is also an academic and practical question. At first, based on the research of core competence at home and aboard and depended on the investigation in the Pingdingshan Coal Co. Ltd, this article puts forward the

6、 principal method of cultivating and developing core competence, discusses the essential connotation and studies the theory source of the core competence. At second, it designs the cultivate mode and p

7、oints out the cultivate m ethods of the Company. At the same time, using the Core Competence estimate system, this article quantitatively estimates the Core Competence of the Company by fuzzy mathematics.

8、 Finally, this article draws a conclusion. To cultivate and develop the core competence, the Company should draw correct development strategy, establish technique innovation mechanism, organize large company

9、group, track the multi-business develop way which pays equal attention to coal and non-coal, exploit human resource synchronously, pay attention to the constructing of the corporation culture, reform prop
