2、been greatly improved, in order to get more right to speak, the desire to participate in politics has been risen, the political activity are becoming increasingly diversified. Because of lacking relevant legal environ

3、ment, system lagging, profit-driven for enterprises and so on, the non-public enterprises inevitably take advantage of economic strength to gain political interests in the process of political participation，for instan

4、ce, bribing to government officials, absorbing government officials in business, by bribery who is elected to join NPC deputies and CPPCC members and village officials, etc. They are harmful to Party and government ca

5、dre’s image and the healthy development of enterprises, thus, the normative issues of non-public enterprises political activity is worth of researching. Although the scholars have research on non-public enterprises polit

6、ical activity’s relevant aspects in China, and have proposed some ideas of reference, but do not comprehensively and systematically research on normative issues of non-public enterprises political activity, don’t put for

7、ward specific countermeasures how to regulate non-public enterprises political activity. This paper uses the comparative method of studying to research the issue, not only provides government departments with a reference

8、, but also is useful to guide enterprises to implement the correct political business strategy to make enterprises develop well and rapidly. Firstly, the thesis mainly states the background and research significance of t

9、his topic, on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign relevant research on this issue, points out research method, the main content and innovation points. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current status of non

10、-public enterprises political activity. After defining the concept of corporate political activity, it interprets and summarizes the representations and the characteristics of non-public enterprises political activity.

11、 Thirdly, it analyzes the non-normative political activity and reasons of the non-public enterprises. Combined with the non-normative political activity, it clarifies the causes from six aspects: economic benefits, law

12、, institution, system, traditional culture and enterprises’ own. Fourthly, the article illuminates the harmfulness of the non-normative political activity of the non-public enterprises. By referencing the instances, it

13、points out that the impediment on Chinese economic performance, political stability, social atmosphere and enterprise development. Finally, the thesis put forward the countermeasures for regulating non-public enterpris
