4、ssociated with the role. 員工渴望承擔與自己職位相關(guān)的更多領(lǐng)導(dǎo)責任 If both are “Yes”, then proceed to the next section to assess ‘a(chǎn)gility’, otherwise select potential as ‘lateral’. Employee’s aspiration to take on larger or more complex rol
