1、13 questions to determine potential 潛力測(cè)評(píng)工具 This tool is designed to help you make more accurate and consistent assessments of your team member’s potential to grow into roles of increased scope and responsibility. 此工具能夠

3、flect his/her desire to take on larger or more complex roles in the foreseeable future. 員工有清晰的職業(yè)目標(biāo)并且在可預(yù)知的將來(lái)渴望承擔(dān)更多更復(fù)雜的職責(zé)。 2. The employee has demosntrated willingness to take on the desired leadership responsibilities a
4、ssociated with the role. 員工渴望承擔(dān)與自己職位相關(guān)的更多領(lǐng)導(dǎo)責(zé)任 If both are “Yes”, then proceed to the next section to assess ‘a(chǎn)gility’, otherwise select potential as ‘lateral’. Employee’s aspiration to take on larger or more complex rol
