4、 radical way to increase airspace capability and also is the foundation to make useof airspace and sharing of airspace resource better.The description of flight demand, airspace capacity, airsp

5、ace dynamic management is statedfirstly in the paper, the characteristic of airspace dynamic management, guide principle and the benefitis analyzed. Secondly, in order to increase the airspace

6、capacity and avoid flight conflicts, the airspacedynamic management strategies of terminal, sector and route etc. are investigated. Then, from thepoint view of reducing flight delays by dynamica

7、lly adjusting the air route and opening temporaryroutes for use and optimizing the capacity of routes, presents a dynamic route adjusting model and byusing dynamic programming and integer prog

8、ramming approaches, the model provides the option ofdynamic air route adjustment, and the operation of the model are validated by using MATLAB.During the dynamic management of the representative

9、 airspace, the reasonable of the algorithm isverified. Finally, the decision support system of airspace dynamic management based on flightdemand is realized on the platform of Delphi.Key Words:
