簡(jiǎn)介:復(fù)旦大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文技術(shù)變遷、要素積累與發(fā)展中國(guó)家服務(wù)貿(mào)易比較優(yōu)勢(shì)動(dòng)態(tài)變化的研究姓名申樸申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專(zhuān)業(yè)國(guó)際貿(mào)易指導(dǎo)教師尹翔碩20040328作為研究的背景,本章首先分析了目前世界服務(wù)業(yè)和服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展的總體狀況和趨勢(shì),認(rèn)為服務(wù)業(yè)的主體和核心是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)部門(mén)及生產(chǎn)者服務(wù);分析了科技進(jìn)步對(duì)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的極大推動(dòng)作用,認(rèn)為在科技進(jìn)步的作用下,服務(wù)的特殊性漸趨淡化。本章還以?xún)?nèi)生增長(zhǎng)和產(chǎn)業(yè)等相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),著重闡述了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)特征及對(duì)一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)的重要作用。提出現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)具有如下產(chǎn)業(yè)特征人力資本密集的要素密集度屬性、需求收入彈性高、相對(duì)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率高、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度高,并闡明了上述產(chǎn)業(yè)特征與一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,從而證明了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)的重要作用。接下來(lái),本章對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和發(fā)展中國(guó)家的服務(wù)貿(mào)易在世界上的懸殊地位進(jìn)行了比較分析;并通過(guò)計(jì)算19個(gè)樣本國(guó)家包括9個(gè)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和10個(gè)發(fā)展中國(guó)家從1980年到2000年21年中的對(duì)稱(chēng)性顯性比較優(yōu)勢(shì)指數(shù)限CAS和2000年的服務(wù)貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指數(shù)TC,對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家服務(wù)貿(mào)易各部門(mén)顯性比較優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了比較研究具體的分析過(guò)程和內(nèi)容參見(jiàn)附錄。得出的結(jié)論是與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,發(fā)展中國(guó)家服務(wù)貿(mào)易總體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng),且比較優(yōu)勢(shì)集中于技術(shù)和人力資本含量較低的傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)部門(mén)。本章的分析及其結(jié)論為全文提供了一個(gè)研究的背景和前提。第T,探討了技術(shù)變遷對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家服務(wù)貿(mào)易比較優(yōu)勢(shì)動(dòng)態(tài)變化的作用。其中,技術(shù)變遷過(guò)程包括內(nèi)生性的技術(shù)進(jìn)步干中學(xué)、技術(shù)外溢及技術(shù)模仿等動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程。基于~個(gè)引入了干中學(xué)的動(dòng)態(tài)李嘉圖模型,本章首先分析了開(kāi)放經(jīng)濟(jì)下,干中學(xué)對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家服務(wù)貿(mào)易比較優(yōu)勢(shì)動(dòng)態(tài)變化的影響;然后,文章在一個(gè)擴(kuò)展為連續(xù)服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的動(dòng)態(tài)李嘉圖模型中,引入技術(shù)外溢和模仿效率,考察了技術(shù)外溢和技術(shù)模仿效率如何對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家服務(wù)部門(mén)的勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的相對(duì)變化即服務(wù)貿(mào)易的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)1產(chǎn)生動(dòng)態(tài)影響。最后,通過(guò)一個(gè)基于面板數(shù)據(jù)的計(jì)量分析檢驗(yàn)了技術(shù)外溢和技術(shù)模仿對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家服務(wù)貿(mào)易比較優(yōu)勢(shì)動(dòng)態(tài)變化的影響。通過(guò)上述分析,本章得出如下結(jié)論在開(kāi)放經(jīng)濟(jì)中,當(dāng)不存在技術(shù)外溢時(shí),部門(mén)或地區(qū)專(zhuān)有的干中學(xué)作為內(nèi)生性技術(shù)進(jìn)步能夠提高專(zhuān)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)部門(mén)或地區(qū)的勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率,從而出現(xiàn)了比較優(yōu)勢(shì)的自我增強(qiáng)機(jī)制和鎖定效應(yīng)。而發(fā)展中國(guó)家大多在低技術(shù)服務(wù)部門(mén)擁有比較優(yōu)勢(shì),因此自我增強(qiáng)機(jī)制和鎮(zhèn)定效應(yīng)意味著他們將難以改變目前的服務(wù)貿(mào)易比較優(yōu)勢(shì)狀況。但是,當(dāng)存在跨地域和跨部門(mén)的技術(shù)外溢時(shí),這種鎖定效應(yīng)就有消除的可能性。然而由可能性交為現(xiàn)實(shí)性,還取決于發(fā)展中國(guó)家對(duì)先進(jìn)技術(shù)的模仿效率模仿效率高才能夠推進(jìn)發(fā)展中國(guó)家服務(wù)貿(mào)易比較優(yōu)勢(shì)的動(dòng)態(tài)演進(jìn),其中模仿效率還會(huì)受到該國(guó)人力資本數(shù)量的影響。
