簡介:DESIGNANDCONSTRUCTIONTECHNOLOGYRESEARCHOFGUYEDTRAVELERSOFCONCRETECABLESTAYEDBRIDGEWITHSINGLECABLEBVHONGGUANGWANG,一INSTRUCTORNAMESUJUANGEMASTEROFENGINEERING一一SCHOOLOFCIVILENGINEERINGMAY2014摘要斜拉橋是一種組合式橋梁,它具有梁體受壓、斜拉支撐受拉的特點(diǎn)。它發(fā)揮了拉索抗拉能力強(qiáng),混凝土梁或鋼箱梁抗壓能力大的特點(diǎn),因其跨度大,整體剛度大,在大跨徑橋梁中得到了較好的應(yīng)用。斜拉橋便于采用懸臂法施工,但由于拉索與主梁和索塔連接構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,且三者之間的內(nèi)力和變形相互關(guān)聯(lián)性十分密切,因而施工難度高。為了保證橋梁施工過程及最終成橋線形和內(nèi)力符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,須在施工前撰寫完善的施工步驟和監(jiān)控方案。本文以肇慶市閱江大橋?yàn)檠芯繉ο?,對單索面斜拉橋施工中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析研究,完成了以下工作并得出重要結(jié)論。1根據(jù)閱江大橋的特點(diǎn),采用掛籃施工分段澆筑主梁混凝土方法。利用有限元軟件ANSYS對主梁中央單索面掛籃在四種施工工況下進(jìn)行了受力分析和變形計(jì)算,得出各工況下主要構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力及變形結(jié)果,根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果設(shè)計(jì)掛籃截面,并選擇合適的鋼材。2根據(jù)閱江大橋的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及現(xiàn)場情況,掛籃安裝采用整體提升方法,并制定了詳細(xì)的操作步驟。掛籃安裝后進(jìn)行了靜載試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)以掛籃澆筑最重節(jié)段混凝土荷載的110倍作為最大荷載,采用堆麻袋裝砂的加載方式,輔以腹板位置加堆鋼筋來模擬主梁混凝土澆注全過程,據(jù)此得出掛籃的非彈性變形和彈性變形,前者已經(jīng)消除,后者通過預(yù)抬標(biāo)高來予以調(diào)整。3本文詳細(xì)介紹了主梁及斜拉索的施工工藝及流程,詳細(xì)闡述了牽索掛籃的特點(diǎn)、牽索掛籃施工工藝流程、掛籃行走與定位、模板工程、鋼筋預(yù)應(yīng)力工程、預(yù)埋件施工、混凝土工程、斜拉索施等施工工藝。通過對以上內(nèi)容的研究與分析,得出如下重要結(jié)論1箱梁兩側(cè)斜腹板及翼緣板下方采用桁架式支承結(jié)構(gòu),既滿足了強(qiáng)度和剛度需要,同時減少了整個掛籃的下部結(jié)構(gòu)重量,使用起來更加輕便;同時兩側(cè)桁架與主梁結(jié)構(gòu)采用銷軸連接,方便了現(xiàn)場拆裝。2前支點(diǎn)牽索結(jié)構(gòu)為雙向可調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng),有更強(qiáng)的通用性。可以適應(yīng)空間三個方向均有一定傾斜度的斜拉索的牽引和張拉。3本掛籃前、后支點(diǎn)及錨桿處均采用40CRMO材質(zhì)的拉桿,避免了采用精軋螺紋鋼容易發(fā)生脆斷破壞的風(fēng)險。關(guān)鍵詞橋梁工程斜拉橋;單索面;牽索掛籃;設(shè)計(jì);施工Ⅲ

簡介:分類號U416密級墨麼交碩士學(xué)單位代碼10618學(xué)號11008077論文題目廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料路用性能及施工工藝研究RESEARCHONTHEPAVEMENTPERFORMANCEANDCONSTRUCTIONTECHNOLOGYOFHOTMIXPLANTRECYCLING導(dǎo)師姓名、職稱何兆益教授申請學(xué)位門類工學(xué)專業(yè)名稱道路與鐵道工程論文答辯日期2013年05月31日學(xué)位授予單位重慶交通大學(xué)答辯委員會主席黃志福評閱人朱洪洲2013年05月郝增恒捅要瀝青路面在我國公路和城市道路中占很大的比重,但由于在使用過程中自然環(huán)境對瀝青的老化作用,瀝青混合料的物理力學(xué)性能隨著時問的推移逐年改變,直至滿足不了路用性能的要求。瀝青混合料再生技術(shù)是實(shí)現(xiàn)瀝青路面可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效途徑,但瀝青混合料再生技術(shù)在國內(nèi)還處于初級階段,對再生料的性能和再生技術(shù)仍需深入系統(tǒng)地研究。本文在前人研究出的部分成果的基礎(chǔ)上,繼續(xù)對廠拌熱再生技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。論文系統(tǒng)地研究了路面瀝青回收試驗(yàn)方法,試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)采用規(guī)范方法容易造成溶劑的殘留問題。通過對回收方法的改進(jìn)最大程度的減小了抽提回收過程對瀝青性質(zhì)的影響,提高了IEL路面瀝青性能評價的可靠性。本文通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)研究了再生瀝青混合料的配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法,分析了回收瀝青混合料摻配LK;OII對配合比設(shè)計(jì)的影響。論文采用添加新瀝青、再生劑兩種再生方法分別對基質(zhì)瀝青和改性瀝青進(jìn)行了再生研究,詳細(xì)探討了再生瀝青混合料的路用性能,從高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性、水穩(wěn)定性和抗老化性等方面對再生瀝青混合料路用性能進(jìn)行了研究,試驗(yàn)證明再生瀝青混合料具有良好的路用性能。通過室內(nèi)模擬試驗(yàn),分析了RAP離析狀態(tài)和程度對再生料體積參數(shù)、力學(xué)性能和路用性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,RAP離析對再生料性能影響比較顯著,且RAP偏粗離析對再生料性能的影響大于偏細(xì)離析的影響,因此在廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料生產(chǎn)巾對控制RAP的均勻性是必要的??偨Y(jié)了廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料施工工藝,提出了IFT料回收和處理方法及舊料預(yù)熱、再生料拌和溫度的建議。關(guān)鍵詞再生瀝青路面、再生劑、廠拌熱再生、瀝青再生機(jī)理、舊料摻配率、施工工藝、路用性能
