    • 簡(jiǎn)介:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步成熟,同時(shí)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,社會(huì)對(duì)人力資源的要求越來(lái)越高,大量中下學(xué)歷勞動(dòng)者為提升自身的學(xué)歷和知識(shí)水平而選擇就讀成人教育,成人教育規(guī)模的迅速擴(kuò)大,為成人教育的管理帶來(lái)很大的壓力,建立業(yè)務(wù)化工作的學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)是當(dāng)前成人教育學(xué)院管理部門的迫切要求,文章參考了目前國(guó)內(nèi)高校學(xué)生管理發(fā)展情況及管理模式,針對(duì)成人教育部實(shí)際情況及其特點(diǎn),借鑒了目前國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)的大型管理系統(tǒng),對(duì)成人教育學(xué)院學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì),采用了MICROSOFTSQLSERVER2000作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),DELPHL7O作為前臺(tái)開發(fā)工具。首先,成人教育學(xué)院學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)典型的MIS管理信息系統(tǒng),它是在對(duì)成人教育學(xué)院的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過(guò)全面的系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃,深入的系統(tǒng)分析而開發(fā)出來(lái)的。它集學(xué)籍管理,專業(yè)管理,班級(jí)管理,成績(jī)管理等眾多子模塊于一身,所以從整體上來(lái)說(shuō),它是一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)比較復(fù)雜,功能比較齊全的信息管理系統(tǒng)。然后,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)作了祥細(xì)的需求分析、制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃、項(xiàng)目總體設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)、軟件的過(guò)程模型、可行性研究等,并討論了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的結(jié)構(gòu)類型從最早的主機(jī)/終端結(jié)構(gòu)到近來(lái)較流行的客戶/服務(wù)器結(jié)構(gòu)即C/S結(jié)構(gòu)。討論結(jié)果是采用客戶/服務(wù)器體系結(jié)構(gòu)即C/S結(jié)構(gòu)有利于提高工作效率,且便于操作,簡(jiǎn)單易行。因此成人教育學(xué)院學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)采用的是客戶機(jī)/服務(wù)器模式。最后,本文還在分析成人教育學(xué)院的學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了該系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)有的功能結(jié)構(gòu)和開發(fā)方法,給出了該系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn)設(shè)計(jì)、表式層設(shè)計(jì)。它的成功實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)提高成人教育學(xué)院學(xué)籍管理的效率和質(zhì)量具有非常重大的意義。應(yīng)用表明成人教育學(xué)院學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)用戶界面友好,操作靈活方便,可大大提高成人教育教務(wù)工作人員的工作效率。

    • 簡(jiǎn)介:山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文當(dāng)前建筑類高校成人教育服務(wù)體系中存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策以某建筑高校為例姓名李慧宇申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)教育學(xué)原理指導(dǎo)教師戚萬(wàn)學(xué)20080518山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中文摘要普通高等院校的成人教育學(xué)院是我國(guó)開展成人教育的主要教育機(jī)構(gòu)之一。目前,成人教育學(xué)院在招生、教學(xué)和管理方面遇到不少困難;隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,成人教育學(xué)院面臨著由原來(lái)的函授教育的辦學(xué)模式向函授教育與現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育相結(jié)合的辦學(xué)模式轉(zhuǎn)變的趨勢(shì)。繼續(xù)沿襲普通高等學(xué)校的教學(xué)手段和管理方法已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)新形式下的發(fā)展。為了提高成人教育學(xué)院的辦學(xué)質(zhì)量,增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,有必要構(gòu)建與成人教育學(xué)院發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的教育服務(wù)體系。論文分為四部分。第一部分為緒論,第一簡(jiǎn)述了論文研究的問(wèn)題緣起。教育部周濟(jì)部長(zhǎng)提出,我們要大力發(fā)展繼續(xù)教育、成人教育、終身教育,旨在提高勞動(dòng)者的素質(zhì),建設(shè)人力資源強(qiáng)國(guó)。山東省建筑行業(yè)面臨人才短缺的嚴(yán)峻形式,作為普通高校的成人教育機(jī)構(gòu),應(yīng)該為更好地社會(huì)服務(wù),建立服務(wù)體系,提高教育質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)更多更好的人才。第二簡(jiǎn)述了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家已經(jīng)建”立了較為完善的成人教育服務(wù)體系,并建立了立法、資金、學(xué)科建設(shè)、師資等保障體系。我國(guó)的一些學(xué)者引進(jìn)了西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家關(guān)于服務(wù)體系的理論,在遠(yuǎn)程教育中開始建立教育服務(wù)體系,但僅僅停留在對(duì)服務(wù)內(nèi)容的羅列,沒有從整體上考慮各服務(wù)要素的有機(jī)構(gòu)成,缺乏必要的理論依據(jù)。第三簡(jiǎn)述了研究的意義,意義在于從服務(wù)的視角來(lái)看教育,從體系的角度來(lái)看服務(wù)。從一個(gè)新的視角、新的角度研究教育問(wèn)題。第四簡(jiǎn)述了研究的目的和方法,論文研究的目的主要圍繞提高教育的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,吸引更多的生源,提高辦學(xué)的知名度和信譽(yù)度,抓住服務(wù)這個(gè)核心,優(yōu)化教學(xué)管理過(guò)程,整體考慮各種服務(wù)要素,提高教育質(zhì)量來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)體系。論文在問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用肖絲丹克“視野分界線”概念和瑞典著名企業(yè)管理學(xué)家萊塞寧JANNOLEHTINEN提出的服務(wù)對(duì)象消費(fèi)過(guò)程“三階段論”設(shè)計(jì)成人教育服務(wù)體系。第五介紹了研究的思路,即樹立正確的教育理念下,以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向,為學(xué)生成才服務(wù),為企業(yè)培養(yǎng)人才服務(wù),在服務(wù)體系理論的指導(dǎo)下,設(shè)計(jì)成人教育服務(wù)體系。第二部分為成人教育服務(wù)體系概述,第一論述了服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn)。首先明確服務(wù)的概念,即服務(wù)是以物質(zhì)財(cái)富為基礎(chǔ),為提高消費(fèi)者效用所進(jìn)行的創(chuàng)造價(jià)值的活動(dòng)。其具有雙重屬性,第一是服務(wù)的過(guò)程屬性,與其他實(shí)物產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)制
