1、 論文題目:企業(yè)全面質(zhì)量管理與知識(shí)創(chuàng)新關(guān)系研究——以陜西省為例 專 業(yè):管理科學(xué)與工程 碩 士 生:宋 沛 (簽 名) 指導(dǎo)教師:王新平 (簽 名) 摘 要 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和信息化的深入發(fā)展,以質(zhì)量為核心的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、人才、技術(shù)、市場(chǎng)、資源等競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。企業(yè)必須通過(guò)持續(xù)的質(zhì)量改進(jìn)和知識(shí)創(chuàng)新,為實(shí)施全面
2、質(zhì)量管理提供充足動(dòng)力。 全面質(zhì)量管理和知識(shí)創(chuàng)新之關(guān)系的研究受到了企業(yè)界、 學(xué)術(shù)界廣泛重視,但關(guān)于該問(wèn)題的規(guī)范研究并不多見(jiàn)。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)證研究法,通過(guò)廣泛查閱文獻(xiàn),深入了解國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀, 結(jié)合前人的研究成果和陜西省企業(yè)實(shí)際情況, 確定了全面質(zhì)量管理、知識(shí)創(chuàng)新及中介變量的構(gòu)成要素; 以此為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建了整體概念模型, 并提出了研究假設(shè);接著設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研收集數(shù)據(jù),本次調(diào)研共向 210 家陜西省企業(yè)發(fā)放
3、了235 份問(wèn)卷,回收了 218 份問(wèn)卷,問(wèn)卷回收率為 92.77%,其中有效問(wèn)卷 210 份,問(wèn)卷有效率為 96.33%;采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型與統(tǒng)計(jì)分析相結(jié)合的辦法進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,最后得出如下結(jié)論: 全面質(zhì)量管理對(duì)知識(shí)創(chuàng)新和質(zhì)量文化有正向影響; 全面質(zhì)量管理與知識(shí)創(chuàng)新氛圍不存在直接影響關(guān)系;質(zhì)量文化和知識(shí)創(chuàng)新氛圍對(duì)知識(shí)創(chuàng)新均產(chǎn)生正向影響作用;全面質(zhì)量管理通過(guò)中介變量質(zhì)量文化對(duì)知識(shí)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生正向影響。 關(guān) 鍵 詞:全面質(zhì)量管理;知識(shí)創(chuàng)新;質(zhì)量文

6、nd economic globalization, the competition of the talents, technology, markets, resources and the standards which takes the quality as the core is becoming intensive. Companies must provide sufficient power for the imple
7、mentation of total quality management through continuous quality improvement and knowledge innovation. The research of relationship between total quality management and enterprise knowledge innovation attracts widespread
8、 attention from the business community and academia, but the standard researches on the issue are rare. In this paper, the author uses methods of literature study, questionnaire, empirical research, through extensive li
9、terature review, in-depth understanding of current research, combined with previous research results and the actual situation of enterprises in Shaanxi Province, and determines elements of the total quality management, k
10、nowledge innovation and intermediary and variable; The author takes it as a basis to construct the overall conceptual model and proposed research hypotheses, then designed a questionnaire to collect data. Through the pra
11、ctical research, the author sends out 235 questionnaires to 205 enterprises and collects 218 questionnaires, response rate was 92.77%, of which 210 copies of questionnaires are effective, the questionnaires’ effective ra
12、te was 96.33%. The author combines the structural equation modeling and statistical analysis method to do the empirical research, and finally draw the following conclusions: Total quality management has positive effect o
13、n knowledge of business innovation and quality culture; there is no direct impact on the relationship between total quality management and enterprise knowledge innovation atmosphere; Both the quality of the culture and i
