4、nspicuitywerescedaccdingtothemethodsfromSardanellietal.from0to3(absentlowbreastvularitytohighbreastvularity).Asceof23wasdefinedasincreasedbreastvularity.Thenthevularityofall62breastswasanalysedusinghistopathologyfollowup

5、resultasareferencestard.RESULTS:RESULTS:RESULTS:RESULTS:Of31patientstherewere32MRIdetectedlesions16benign16malignantfindingsaccdingtothefinalhistologyfollowupresult.Inonepatientonebreasthadabenignlesiontheothermalignant.

6、Allcancerswerefoundinbreastswithmoderatehighvularity(sce23)whilebenignlesionsweremostlyfoundinbreastswithlowmoderatevularity(sce12).ThemeannumberofvesselsSDperaffectedbreastinthemalignantcaseswas3.91.7comparedwith1.91.4v

7、esselsperaffectedbreastinbenigncases(p≤0.01).ThemeanMIPsceSDperaffectedbreastinthemalignantcaseswas2.40.5comparedwith1.60.8peraffectedbreastinbenigncases(p≤0.01).All16malignantlobularlesionsshowedunevenringenhancementwit

8、htypeⅢtimeintensitycurve.Allbenignlesionsshoweddifferentshapeenhancementtypekiicspattern.Meovertheoverallsensitivityspecificityofonesidedincreasedvularityasafindingassociatedwithipsilateralmalignancywere100%44%respective
