3、nalsucrosederivativesraffinoseandhalosucrosewerestudied,andthestructure—activityrelationshipofsucrosederivativesandsweetnessmechanismwerealsostudiedthroughtheanalysistocrystalstructureandmolecularsimulationRaffinoseisafu

4、nctionaloligosaccharide,widelyexistingincottonseed,sugarbeet,andSOon,notonlyhaveavarietyofhealthfunction,butalsoisanimportantstufftosynthsishalosucrosederivativesInthispapercottonseedcakewasusedasrawmaterial,andtheextrac

5、tion,purificationandcrystallizationofraffinosewerefurtherstudied,thedatasshowtheextractionrateofraffinosecouldbeenhancedsignificantlyundercellulaseandpectinaseandthecationexchangeresinhadmoresatisfactoryeffectonthedecolo

6、rthantheanionexchangeresinAbovethis,theantioxygenationofraffinoseonhighunsaturatedsubstancessuchasfishoilandtheeffectofingestingraffinoseontheabsorptionofCaofmousewerealsopreliminarilydiscussedHalosucrosearedeepprocessin

7、gproductofsucrose,ofwhich4,1’,6trichlorosucroseisthemostexcellentsyntheticsweeteneruntilnowandtheywerealwayssynthesizedthroughprotectinganddeprotectingSUGTOSO,followedbyspecializedhalogenation4Dimethylaminopyridine(DMaP)

8、ascatalystwasintroducedtoobtain6,l’,6trichlorotriyl23,4,3’,4’penta—acetylsucrose(TRISPA);withDMFassolicitationasaferenvironmentfriendlychlorinationagent—solidphosgeneWasusedteplaceSOCl2tosynthesis4,1’,6trichloro一2,3,4,6,
