1、<p>  2014年國(guó)家漢辦—美國(guó)大學(xué)理事會(huì)赴美漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者項(xiàng)目</p><p>  赴美漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者項(xiàng)目由國(guó)家漢辦/孔子學(xué)院總部和美國(guó)大學(xué)理事會(huì)合作舉辦。該項(xiàng)目自2006年啟動(dòng)以來(lái),已從中國(guó)選派了800多名教師赴美國(guó)中小學(xué)進(jìn)行漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)和中國(guó)文化推廣活動(dòng)。</p><p>  被該項(xiàng)目錄取的教師將被派往美國(guó)的高中(9-12年級(jí))、初中(6-8年級(jí))或小學(xué)(學(xué)前班-5年級(jí))教

2、授漢語(yǔ)。這些學(xué)校分布在美國(guó)的市區(qū)、郊區(qū)和農(nóng)村。該項(xiàng)目將根據(jù)學(xué)校需求和志愿者教師的個(gè)人特點(diǎn)及教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行學(xué)校分配,志愿者可能被安排在一所以上的學(xué)校進(jìn)行教學(xué);可能被安排教授不同年級(jí)和不同中文水平的學(xué)生;可能被安排教授沉浸式漢語(yǔ)課程;也可能被安排教授中國(guó)文化、中國(guó)歷史、中國(guó)文學(xué)等相關(guān)科目的課程。</p><p>  報(bào)名截止日期:2013年12月10日</p><p><b>  報(bào)名

3、條件 </b></p><p>  3年以上全職語(yǔ)言教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)(截至2014年6月);</p><p>  教育學(xué)、中文、英文、外語(yǔ)或其它相關(guān)專業(yè),學(xué)士或?qū)W士學(xué)位以上;</p><p><b>  中國(guó)教師資格證;</b></p><p><b>  普通話水平證書(shū);</b></p&

4、gt;<p>  較強(qiáng)的英語(yǔ)口頭及書(shū)面表達(dá)能力; </p><p>  在外語(yǔ)教學(xué)法、課堂管理和交流互動(dòng)方面有扎實(shí)的知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)和熟練的技能;</p><p>  活潑開(kāi)朗的個(gè)性和生動(dòng)活躍的教學(xué)風(fēng)格;</p><p>  對(duì)新事物和文化差異有良好的適應(yīng)能力,能夠與他人友好合作;</p><p>  愿意努力適應(yīng)新環(huán)境、克服困難,能夠

5、在長(zhǎng)期遠(yuǎn)離國(guó)內(nèi)家人和朋友的狀態(tài)下正常工作; </p><p>  身體健康并具有良好的心理素質(zhì)。</p><p><b>  項(xiàng)目收益</b></p><p>  體驗(yàn)美國(guó)生活并積累在美國(guó)教育系統(tǒng)工作的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn);</p><p>  有機(jī)會(huì)與中美兩國(guó)權(quán)威教育機(jī)構(gòu)共同工作,有機(jī)會(huì)參加在美國(guó)組織的專業(yè)教師培訓(xùn)和研修班、研討會(huì)

6、等;</p><p>  提高英語(yǔ)水平,積累教學(xué)法知識(shí)和技能,在美國(guó)收集一線教學(xué)材 料;</p><p>  享受由漢辦提供的每年一次中美國(guó)際往返機(jī)票;</p><p>  享受由漢辦提供的生活津貼和一次性安家補(bǔ)助;</p><p>  享受由漢辦提供的在任期間人身意外傷害保險(xiǎn);由美國(guó)學(xué)校提供的醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)</p><p>

7、;  享受項(xiàng)目規(guī)定的志愿者待遇,包括由漢辦提供的生活津貼、一次性安家補(bǔ)貼和派遣補(bǔ)助,由美方提供的部分工資。</p><p>  志愿者總收入(漢辦津貼+美方工資)與美國(guó)當(dāng)?shù)爻袚?dān)同等教學(xué)任務(wù)量和同等教育程度的全職教師收入相同。</p><p><b>  教師職責(zé)</b></p><p>  遵守中美兩國(guó)法律,遵守美國(guó)學(xué)校、漢辦及本項(xiàng)目的一切規(guī)定

8、;</p><p>  作為全職教師在接待學(xué)校開(kāi)展工作。主要職責(zé)包括:校方安排的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)、備課、漢語(yǔ)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)、課程設(shè)計(jì)、教材開(kāi)發(fā)、開(kāi)展中國(guó)文化活動(dòng)、與學(xué)校社區(qū)交流溝通、參加職業(yè)發(fā)展與提高的活動(dòng)及學(xué)校安排的其他工作;促進(jìn)學(xué)校和當(dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū)對(duì)中國(guó)文化的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解,當(dāng)好文化傳播的大使;能夠與大家分享知識(shí)和信息,成為大家了解中國(guó)的“活字典”;提高學(xué)生對(duì)中國(guó)的興趣;</p><p>  和學(xué)生、同事、家

9、長(zhǎng)建立積極的關(guān)系,積極參與學(xué)區(qū)和社區(qū)的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng);</p><p>  在項(xiàng)目結(jié)束后按期回國(guó)。</p><p><b>  項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程</b></p><p>  志愿者候選人需經(jīng)過(guò)中、美雙方面試并經(jīng)培訓(xùn)合格后才算錄取。首先,候選人將收到是否通過(guò)了中、外方面試的通知。接到面試合格通知后,候選人需確認(rèn)是否愿意作為儲(chǔ)備師資接受漢辦組織的儲(chǔ)備培訓(xùn)并在此期

10、間準(zhǔn)備簽證材料。最終培訓(xùn)考核合格的候選人被項(xiàng)目錄取并安排崗位。候選人在與美方學(xué)校簽署工作合同之前,可申請(qǐng)退出項(xiàng)目。</p><p>  如果志愿者接受美國(guó)學(xué)校邀請(qǐng)函和工作合同中所列條款及待遇,即可被項(xiàng)目錄取,并得到入境美國(guó)的適當(dāng)簽證,予以安排工作崗位。志愿者確認(rèn)被項(xiàng)目錄取后才能得知待遇情況,待遇由候選人教育背景、教齡及當(dāng)?shù)毓べY標(biāo)準(zhǔn)決定,不可商議。不接受崗位分配的志愿者將被列入候補(bǔ)名單。候補(bǔ)的志愿者不保證獲得崗位。

12、><p>  The Chinese Guest Teacher Program is a collaboration between Hanban/Confucius Institute Headquarters in China and the College Board in the United States. Since the program was launched in 2006, more than

13、 800 teachers from China have been assigned to teach in U.S. schools. Selected teachers will be assigned to teach Chinese language and culture classes in senior high school (grades 9-12), middle school (grades 6-8), or e

23、d from Hanban as well as a partial salary from the host school</p><p>  The total compensation package (Hanban stipend + U.S. school partial salary) is commensurate to that of a U.S. teacher with similar res

24、ponsibilities and a similar education background who is teaching full time at the same institution.</p><p>  Teacher Responsibilities </p><p>  All guest teachers are required to: </p>&l

25、t;p>  Comply with all applicable U.S. and Chinese laws and policies of the host school, Hanban and program. </p><p>  Work as a full-time teacher at the host institution. General duties consist of: teachi

26、ng, lesson preparation, program development, curriculum design, materials development, cultural enrichment activities, communication with the school community, professional development activities, and other duties as ass

27、igned. Serve as a cultural ambassador to promote awareness of Chinese culture to the school and local community, and serve as a resource person to share your knowledge and encourage students' in</p><p> 

28、 Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, and participate actively in the school and local community. </p><p>  Return to China at the end of service in the Chinese Guest Teacher

29、Program. </p><p>  Program Timeline </p><p>  The timeline of acceptance in the Chinese Guest Teacher Program is a multi-step process. First, a candidate is notified whether he/she has passed th

30、e interview stage and is accepted into the teacher candidate pool. Upon receiving this notification, a candidate must confirm his/her willingness to remain in the pool for a potential assignment. The next step is to prep

31、are documents for a J-1 visa application and participate in a required Hanban training program. Only candidates who pass the trainin</p><p>  Final placement and program participation is subject to the guest

32、 teacher’s acceptance into the program, agreement to the terms outlined in the school’s offer letter that includes the compensation package, and receipt of a suitable visa to enter the United States. The compensation pac

33、kage is non-negotiable and will be disclosed after the guest teacher has been accepted by the program. Teachers who choose to decline the school’s offer letter and compensation package will be placed on a waitlist t</
