2、conduct manufacturing’s continuous growing-up among the worldwide electronics market, module perform the drastic competition as one of the representative of semiconduct product. My company is the global leading
3、 enterprise who is focusing on module manufacturing, the market position forces us to meet and tackle bigger challenge in the future in terms of product quality, cost control and relevant service. However, the curre
4、nt situation shows us that low module yield is the main blocking point to hold company’s step towards the direction of “l(fā)ow-cost, high efficiency”. It will directly cause the continuous increased company runnin
5、g cost, including the waste of raw material, low equipment utilization and man cost increasing and so on. Furthermore, the low module yield will also cause the high external quality cost indirectly
6、 which will lead to the loss of cost predominance at the customer service side. This article is mainly focus on the study of module yield improvement which applied with project management. It expresses the current si
7、tuation and impact of my company’s module yield as well as the introduction for some relevant basic knowledge systems of project management. To apply the theory to actual project process,this article mainly
8、contributes the discussion and solution for the following aspects:first one, to establish an effective and characteristic project team based on projectized organization;secondly, to finish the WBS and
9、RM so that individual task definition becomes more clear, also, to estimate the activity running period and plan the schedule accordingly; Third one, to set the project target and analyze the root cause of low moudle
