4、. It is most essential how to train , to educate and to develop them to let them best potentials shown in the match.. Amtek Engineering Ltd is a public-listed company in Singapore with more than 32 years in industrial
5、 design and precision metal stamping business. Its Headquarter is located in Singapore with many subsidiaries and factories in Asia, US, Mexico and Europe. Although it has a good fleet of equipment and in terms of har
6、dware, she still faces the weak competitiveness in fighting when she has been selected supplier by the world class companies, especially in support to Japanese companies like Sony , Matsushita, Canon or Pioneer, in HRM.
7、 This Paper has high-lighted the influences of Japanese companies in Singapore, their practices of Human Resources Management in Japanese manners and thinking, which has impacts on Amtek Engineering Ltd’ HRM, a local
8、Singaporean company with global presence; The author has indicated the good aspects of both Japanese companies in Singapore and local companies like Amtek, and how the local ones have found that they can learn many f
9、rom the Japanese companies, the practices and ways in HRM, which will eventually make the company go stronger and more competitive. The detailed introduction of Japanese enterprises in Japan and those subsidiaries in Sin
10、gapore like Sony, Canon, Panasonic and Pioneer has been given and analyzed with comments on their successful stories thanks to the good and unique HR Management; A thorough study on Japanese companies HRM in Singapore h
