5、1InstituteAftertakingover,711InstitutereformedandstrengthenedthetopmanagementofCXZExceptthechairmanofthelaborunionanddeputydirectorinchargeofproduction,allthetopleaderswerereappointedandthedirector,thesecretaryofPartycom
