3、ing; Secondly, most listed companies have irrational structures, and the irrational structures lead to poor company performance. With the development of modern corporate system, the ownership structures are changing. But

4、 during the changing of the ownership structures, the question that we should make use of dispersed ownership structure or ownership concentration structure is to be settled. Therefore, the research of ownership concentr

5、ation has great significance. Our paper has six parts: the first part is introduction, mainly to introduce the development playground, the purpose and significance of this paper. The second part is literature review, mai

6、nly to introduce the research of ownership concentration and management performance at home and abroad. The third chapter introduces some related theories of ownership concentration and management performance. The fourth

7、 chapter is the study design. And the next part is empirical study. The end is conclusion, mainly to summarize this paper from its practical significance and future research directions. Key Words：ownership concentration
