2、 core braking component of monorail transportation, which relates to the safety of monorail transportation’ s vehicles, Air- hydraulic converter as the core of braking system, its performance also
3、 directly relates to the safety and punctuality of vehicle. This project is going to develop a test bench for Air- hydraulic Converter, which is a key detection and maintenance equipment with
4、independent intellectual property rights, to promote the development of the monorail train transportation industry of China. This paper introduces that how to use the computer control technology
5、to design the measuring and controlling system of monorail vehicle Air- hydraulic Converter. The system presents the characteristics of high automation and high precision. First of all, the paper
6、analyzes the contents of the tests for the Air- hydraulic Converter, and then design the overall program based on the design requirements. The key technology of this test equipment is the stud
7、y of static state and dynamic state for Air- hydraulic Converter. That is the impact mechanism of the pneumatic source pressure, environmental temperature and volume has gained. As the complex structure of
8、the Air- hydraulic Converter, and inherent compressibility of air, and the flow of air through the value port i s nonlinear, and the larger friction of cylinder make the system into a typical non
9、linear system, this paper proposes fuzzy- PID combined control to control the pressure of system, this method resolve the shortcoming of classic PID control, it can achieve fast, stable and acc
10、urate control of the pressure. The paper choose IPC- based control system as the system control program, which has high flexibility , high accuracy , data storage and processing convenience, cost- effective
11、 and many other advantages, it can completely meet the design requirements of the system. The measuring and controlling software of system is based on Visual C++ 6.0, which has good man- machine inter
