簡(jiǎn)介:西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文四川泛華航空儀表電器廠民用產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新姓名呂勇申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)MBA指導(dǎo)教師王德中20000501果,得力于我國(guó)改革開放的大環(huán)境和有關(guān)政策的支持,要使企業(yè)真正成為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主體,必須推進(jìn)國(guó)有企業(yè)建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度,且技術(shù)創(chuàng)新必須有必要的資金支持。存最后一章中,主要結(jié)合我國(guó)目前國(guó)有企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)有財(cái)稅方面的政策,以及泛華廠在建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度方面的設(shè)想等,就上述有關(guān)問題做一些探討,并根據(jù)近年來Ⅲ內(nèi)外學(xué)者的一些研究成果和國(guó)家最新的支持技術(shù)刨新的各種財(cái)稅政策,提出自己的‘世設(shè)想。在本文的寫作中,力求全面系統(tǒng)地通過對(duì)泛華廠技術(shù)創(chuàng)新全過程的介紹,引入了大量事例,用生動(dòng)具體的實(shí)例來說明和論證嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目茖W(xué)管理理論。所參考的資料基本上是近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)外的最新研究成果,由于作者在該廠從事技術(shù)創(chuàng)新工作近十六年,因此本文中對(duì)泛華廠技術(shù)創(chuàng)新工作提出的一些意見具有很強(qiáng)的針對(duì)性和現(xiàn)實(shí)性,對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新政策等方面提出的建議也具有一定的參考意義。
