簡介:對外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文現(xiàn)代租賃在航空公司飛機(jī)融資中的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展姓名王婷申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)金融學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師蔣先玲200241經(jīng)營租賃在時(shí)間效益、財(cái)務(wù)效果、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營靈活性等方面體現(xiàn)出較大優(yōu)勢。對于融資租賃,以計(jì)算租會現(xiàn)值與租機(jī)利率現(xiàn)值對其進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)評價(jià),再從經(jīng)濟(jì)性原則、、安全性原則、可靠性原則、靈活性原則等方面對其進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)。戶Y一/第三章分析了美國及日本杠桿租賃的具體結(jié)構(gòu),從實(shí)踐的角度說明了融資租/賃在航空公司的應(yīng)用及其特點(diǎn),并指出對我國飛機(jī)租賃業(yè)的啟示。R從美國、日本\杠桿租賃的交易結(jié)構(gòu)及參與人獲得的好處透視租賃融資的優(yōu)勢,同時(shí)指出,參與飛機(jī)租賃的公司多為實(shí)力雄厚的大型金融機(jī)構(gòu)或?qū)I(yè)型的飛機(jī)租賃公司,這些公司往往有能力通過全球資源的調(diào)配能力來支持其業(yè)務(wù),其次,稅收等政策對飛機(jī)、租賃業(yè)的興衰起到非常重要的作用。卜廠一/第四章分析了飛機(jī)租賃在我國租賃市場的應(yīng)用狀況和存在的問題,提出可充分利用飛機(jī)租賃優(yōu)勢發(fā)展我國民用航空業(yè)的思路,并在文章最后,就我國飛機(jī)租賃業(yè)存在的問題提出幾點(diǎn)政策建議。廠F本文認(rèn)為,飛機(jī)租賃在我國發(fā)展勢態(tài)良好,在民航企業(yè)的機(jī)隊(duì)中發(fā)揮著越來I越重要的作用,但仍在融資途徑、外匯政策、立法工作及國內(nèi)租賃業(yè)等方面存在一些問題,認(rèn)為境外融資加重了國內(nèi)航空公司的外債負(fù)擔(dān),100%來源于境外的融資使國內(nèi)航空公司完全以外匯支付租金,無形中增加了外債負(fù)擔(dān)。此外,在飛機(jī)租賃領(lǐng)域中,我國外匯儲備未得到充分利用,雖然我國外匯儲備居高不下,卻因政策等原因,造成國內(nèi)航空公司大量從國外借貸外匯、國內(nèi)銀行外匯卻貸不出去的局面。并且,有關(guān)立法工作有待加強(qiáng)。我國目前仍缺乏具體詳細(xì)的實(shí)施細(xì)則來解釋、規(guī)范租賃業(yè)務(wù)的運(yùn)作和實(shí)施。最后指出,我國國內(nèi)飛機(jī)租賃業(yè)務(wù)尚屬起步階段,幾乎屬于空白。結(jié)合我國目前民用航空業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,提出可以充分利用飛機(jī)租賃優(yōu)勢發(fā)展我國民用航空業(yè)的思路,認(rèn)為可以利用飛機(jī)在財(cái)務(wù)方面的靈活性輔助航空公司尋求資金突破口,解決購置資金不足問題,靈活經(jīng)營策略,開拓融資渠道。其次,利用飛機(jī)租賃生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的靈活性調(diào)整國內(nèi)航空公司機(jī)隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的不合理,改變國內(nèi)寬體機(jī)比例過高、飛機(jī)利用率低下、成本高且不合理等問題,認(rèn)為選擇飛機(jī)租賃是一種經(jīng)濟(jì)靈活的改變機(jī)隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的有效手段。在我國支線航空問題上,由于支線航空經(jīng)營成本高,在起步階段完全靠其創(chuàng)利并實(shí)現(xiàn)自我發(fā)展比較困難,建議積極的利用租賃這個(gè)平臺促進(jìn)支線航空的發(fā)展,形成航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)。有利于我國航空公司分享
