簡介:對外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文外國公司進(jìn)入與中國民用航空維修業(yè)姓名郁偉申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)國際貿(mào)易指導(dǎo)教師張瑋2002101第一章民用航空維修服務(wù)業(yè)概述E機(jī)作為現(xiàn)代化的交通運(yùn)輸工具是由包括發(fā)動機(jī)在內(nèi)的眾多凝聚著高新技術(shù)成果的摹部件組成。各零部件的生產(chǎn)和維修需要嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量認(rèn)證,如FAA,、IAA認(rèn)證,以確保E機(jī)使用的高可靠性,從而保證飛行安全。飛機(jī)、發(fā)動機(jī)及其零部件的維修可使飛機(jī)保持持續(xù)適航性。隨著航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)的出現(xiàn),航空維修服務(wù)業(yè)便應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。第一節(jié)航空維修服務(wù)業(yè)的定義航空維修服務(wù)業(yè)屬第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的范疇,是指為飛機(jī)、發(fā)動機(jī)及其零部件提供維修并對岑部件提供倉儲和銷售的行業(yè)。它有別『航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)和航空制造、LK,I;F『者是指航空客貨運(yùn)輸,后者指飛機(jī)、發(fā)動機(jī)及其零部件的研發(fā)和制造。三者之陽J又有聯(lián)系,航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)的發(fā)展將刺激飛機(jī)的需求并帶動航空制造業(yè)和維修服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展。航空維修服務(wù)業(yè)包含丁兩方面的服務(wù)一是指對飛機(jī)的維修與維護(hù)方面的服務(wù)AIRCRA、LREPAIRANDMNLERLARLCESERVICE服務(wù)貿(mào)易總協(xié)定關(guān)于空運(yùn)服務(wù)的附件第六條第A歆將該』LJJJK務(wù)定義為“在退出服務(wù)的一架飛機(jī)或其一部分上進(jìn)行的維修與維護(hù)活動,但其不包括所謂的‘航班飛機(jī)的保養(yǎng)”’。從該定義覆蓋的服務(wù)范圍來看總體』與航空業(yè)界所稱的MROMAINTENANCEREPAIRANDOVERHAUL服務(wù)范圍~致。二是指各種飛機(jī)、發(fā)動機(jī)“零部件的分銷業(yè)務(wù)。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),雖受“911”事件影響,2001年全球航空維修市場仍達(dá)釗412億美元收益?!?。我國現(xiàn)有各種類型的民用飛機(jī)520架,每年用|丁維修和零部件購炙的費(fèi)用就達(dá)100億元人民幣,因而跨國航空維修服務(wù)早已成為國際服務(wù)貿(mào)易的一種重要形式,目阿國際航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)已發(fā)展延伸至世界大部分國家和地區(qū)。而維修服務(wù)的提供者大多是維修服務(wù)行業(yè)中實(shí)力雄厚的跨國公司?!霸诳鐕救蚪?jīng)營和發(fā)展的過程中,I”T多跨困公司深感服務(wù)業(yè)對其獲耿競爭優(yōu)勢的重要性,這就加速了服務(wù)國際化的速度?!边@就使跨國維修服務(wù)企業(yè)以其獨(dú)特的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢和質(zhì)量認(rèn)證體系在東道凼建。起壟斷的優(yōu)勢,占領(lǐng)相關(guān)重要部件的維修市場。它們在競爭激烈的市場上尋求市場機(jī)會?!澳膯呜晡礉M足的需要,哪旱就有做生意的機(jī)會”,各維修服務(wù)企業(yè)以國際市場營銷的理念,向航窄公,習(xí)提供卓越的服務(wù)來滿足航空公司的需求。
