簡介:分類號UDC密級學(xué)校代號學(xué)號廣東工業(yè)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文工學(xué)博士118451240601011面向航空發(fā)動機葉片頂端修復(fù)的曲面再生算法與誤差分析吳海東指導(dǎo)教師姓名、職稱直毽學(xué)科專業(yè)或領(lǐng)域名稱扭撼電王工猩學(xué)生所屬學(xué)院扭電王猩堂醫(yī)論文答辯日期2盟墨12璺摘要摘要在航空發(fā)動機中,葉片是壓縮機和渦輪機的核心組件,苛刻運行環(huán)境造成葉片嚴重磨損、扭曲、裂紋、凹坑等缺陷。由于葉片形狀的微小改變會直接導(dǎo)致航空發(fā)動機的穩(wěn)定運行,缺陷葉片的精密修復(fù)就成為航空發(fā)動機保障其高性能的關(guān)鍵因素。目前葉片修復(fù)工作主要集中在頂端磨損、崩口、葉面磨損等缺陷,其中葉片頂端磨損尤其是扭曲葉片的頂端磨損是急需解決的關(guān)鍵。本論文針對扭曲葉片頂端磨損缺陷的修復(fù)問題,開展精密修復(fù)過程中所需的葉片曲面模型重構(gòu)研究,提出基于遺傳算法的扭曲葉片非磨損域曲面重構(gòu)和基于G2曲面連續(xù)的葉片頂端曲面再生等方法,為葉片修復(fù)過程中的精密加工路徑的生成提供相應(yīng)的曲面模型,解決各自葉片形體精密修復(fù)的參考模型構(gòu)建難題,有利于促進資源的再利用和經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文的主要內(nèi)容包括如下幾個方面1較為全面地調(diào)研了航空發(fā)動機葉片修復(fù)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和存在的難題。航空發(fā)動機葉片修復(fù)以葉片頂端磨損缺陷的修復(fù)居多,國外對于此類缺陷的直葉片修復(fù)己較為成熟,但對于扭曲葉片頂端磨損域的精密修復(fù)問題仍然未有很好的解決途徑。由于葉片的制造誤差和使用過程中易發(fā)生變形等原因,使葉片原設(shè)計階段的曲面模型不再適用于修復(fù)階段,精密重建和再生修復(fù)葉片的磨損域曲面模型,成為扭曲葉片修復(fù)加工成型的重要環(huán)節(jié)。2針對葉片頂端磨損域邊界附近的未磨損域曲面模型重構(gòu)問題,提出基于迭代的扭曲葉片未磨損域曲面重構(gòu)方法。該方法首先對截面測量數(shù)據(jù)進行對正處理,推導(dǎo)出閉合B樣條曲線G2連續(xù)的表達式,以此構(gòu)建迭代插值法計算其控制點,擬合出葉片截面輪廓線,并由此構(gòu)建出基于B樣條曲面的葉片未磨損域的曲面模型。重構(gòu)曲面的擬合平均誤差約為00325MM。為進一步提高曲面重構(gòu)精度,本文提出基于遺傳算法的扭曲葉片未磨損域曲面重構(gòu)方法。該方法運用遺傳算法進行數(shù)據(jù)點參數(shù)化和節(jié)點矢量的配置,用最D乘逼近法計算其控制點,無需對測量數(shù)據(jù)進行精簡或施加人為約束,擬合的平均誤差僅為000345LMM,擬合精度顯著提高。
