簡(jiǎn)介:中國(guó)女性科學(xué)家群體狀況的研究不但是科學(xué)社會(huì)學(xué)的理論問(wèn)題,也是科學(xué)人才戰(zhàn)略配置的實(shí)踐問(wèn)題。本文以中國(guó)女性科學(xué)家群體為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用計(jì)量分析和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)中國(guó)女性科學(xué)家群體的一些關(guān)鍵特征進(jìn)行了細(xì)致探析;在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探討分析了中國(guó)女性科學(xué)家群體從事科研活動(dòng)存在的問(wèn)題與阻礙;通過(guò)與國(guó)際女性科學(xué)家群體狀況的比較,進(jìn)一步考察了中國(guó)女性科學(xué)家群體在國(guó)際相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的基本定位;研究中國(guó)女性對(duì)科學(xué)技術(shù)活動(dòng)的參與程度以及影響她們科學(xué)地位取得的因素,不僅可以豐富深化對(duì)中國(guó)女性科學(xué)群體基本狀況以及女性從事科技工作現(xiàn)狀的認(rèn)識(shí),也可以為未來(lái)的人才培養(yǎng)以及科學(xué)的持續(xù)進(jìn)步提供基于女性研究專門視角的獨(dú)特建議。具體而言,本文在以下四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了較為深入的研究第一,在對(duì)中國(guó)女性科學(xué)家群體狀況進(jìn)行科學(xué)社會(huì)學(xué)分析的過(guò)程中,通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)女性科學(xué)家群體的年齡構(gòu)成、出生地域、學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)、留學(xué)狀況和當(dāng)選年份等參數(shù)的計(jì)量分析,系統(tǒng)闡述了中國(guó)女性科學(xué)家的社會(huì)分層特征中國(guó)科學(xué)院女性院士絕大部分已年過(guò)70,呈現(xiàn)出老年化的傾向;不同的科學(xué)領(lǐng)域,女性參與程度有所不同,生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的女性科學(xué)家人數(shù)較多;國(guó)家應(yīng)該制定相關(guān)政策鼓勵(lì)更多女性從事科學(xué)技術(shù)工作。第二,對(duì)中國(guó)女性科學(xué)家群體狀況進(jìn)行較深入的實(shí)證分析,試圖從科學(xué)領(lǐng)域女性缺位現(xiàn)象、科研產(chǎn)出之謎及其解析、科學(xué)管道效應(yīng)三個(gè)方面的分析,揭示中國(guó)女性科學(xué)家群體在科學(xué)研究中所遇到的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)其原因的探析,進(jìn)一步探討中國(guó)女性科學(xué)人才成長(zhǎng)的一般規(guī)律初步的研究認(rèn)為性別意識(shí)、接受教育狀況、人際關(guān)系與態(tài)度三個(gè)方面應(yīng)該是導(dǎo)致女性及科研產(chǎn)出稀缺的基本原因;女性科研產(chǎn)出不足主要是由社會(huì)選擇因素共同作用造成的;科學(xué)文化與組織的制約、獲取教育資源的制約、科學(xué)共同體認(rèn)可的影響、同行評(píng)議和學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)性別隔離的影響等都制約了中國(guó)女性進(jìn)入科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域。第三,從女性科學(xué)家的國(guó)際比較研究來(lái)看,相對(duì)于美國(guó)而言,我國(guó)高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)中女性的比例稍低,但差距不大。我國(guó)女性研究人員所占全部研究人員比例為13,與國(guó)外相比,所占比例屬于中等水平。相對(duì)于美國(guó)與其他歐洲國(guó)家,我國(guó)兩院女院士人數(shù)為98人,比例為506%,這個(gè)比例在國(guó)際水平中較為樂(lè)觀。近十年中國(guó)女博士生研究生培養(yǎng)方面進(jìn)步顯著,但每萬(wàn)人中女博士畢業(yè)生的比例,還遠(yuǎn)落后于美國(guó)。第四,本文試圖從社會(huì)建制和院士制度的角度對(duì)女性院士進(jìn)行初步研究,針對(duì)女性院士現(xiàn)狀,提出建議如下完善社會(huì)建制,促進(jìn)男女院士的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展;建議加大對(duì)女性院士的政策扶持。
