簡介:隨著我國高校的快速發(fā)展高校建設(shè)日新月異但高校的工程建設(shè)項目存在“超前投資建設(shè)、超規(guī)模投資建設(shè)、超標準投資建設(shè)”的現(xiàn)象這嚴重浪費了國家對高校建設(shè)的投入資金同時大大削弱了高校的投入產(chǎn)出效益。在這樣的條件下優(yōu)化項目結(jié)構(gòu)提高投資效率成為高校建設(shè)必須考慮的核心問題。本文根據(jù)高校基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)實際與特點結(jié)合個人的實踐經(jīng)驗研究價值工程分析在高校建設(shè)項目中的應(yīng)用首先通過對價值工程理論的研究分析價值工程理論在實際應(yīng)用中可能存在的問題探索解決的方式。然后針對高校建設(shè)特點對項目決策階段、設(shè)計階段、項目實施階段進行分析建立了項目的決策方法并通過華北電力大學的工程實例分析了項目決策的應(yīng)用方式與應(yīng)用范圍。

簡介:編號三比陽呻尬戈爹碩士學位論文題目基礎(chǔ)教育信息化教學資源的需求差異分析及建設(shè)對策研究以遼寧省西部喀左地區(qū)為例培養(yǎng)單專業(yè)名指導教研究完成時兀從日1位教育技術(shù)學院稱教育技術(shù)學師李文教授生韓瑞雪間2011年3月沈陽師范大學研究生處制基礎(chǔ)教育信息化教學資源的需求差異分析及建設(shè)對策研究以遼寧省西部喀左地區(qū)為例中文摘要一線學科教師是信息化教學資源的使用者,滿足教師對信息化教學資源的實際需求是教學資源最重要的功能體現(xiàn),也只有這樣信息化教學資源才能進入課堂,才具有生命力,可見滿足教師的需求是信息化教學資源開發(fā)、建設(shè)最基本的前提;是衡量信息化教學資源有效性和適用性的可靠依據(jù)。然而什么樣的信息化教學資源才是教師最迫切需要的呢這是一個沒有標準答案的問題,原因就在于不同教師對資源有著不同的選擇傾向,這位老師認為好的資源,其他的老師就可能覺得不好。由于教師在教學過程備課、上課、教師課外自我發(fā)展中受到年齡、受教育程度、觀念、現(xiàn)實硬件條件、學科特性、技術(shù)能力、資源質(zhì)量、學校制度等等因素的制約,導致了他們對資源有著不同的需求和使用傾向。將這些因素分析清楚,就能夠幫助資源設(shè)計開發(fā)部門根據(jù)教師的需求開展工作,也能夠為教育主管部門在購買教學資源時提供有力的參考。本論文中選擇遼寧省西部地區(qū)的喀喇沁左翼蒙古族自治縣為研究對象。這一地區(qū)的教育教學有其特殊之處,它既不同于蒙古族自治地區(qū)的教育教學實際情況,也不同于遼寧省其它地方的教育教學。筆者希望該研究能為教學資源開發(fā)機構(gòu)在資源開發(fā)上,當?shù)亟逃鞴懿块T在購買資源庫上提供可靠參考。本文采用了文獻研究法、實地考察法、調(diào)查研究法、統(tǒng)計方法等研究方法。全文由六部分組成第一部分為引言,包括研究背景,國內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀以及被考察地區(qū)的信息化教學資源建設(shè)、使用現(xiàn)狀,研究目的、意義和方法;第二部分為研究的理論基礎(chǔ),包括幾個重點概念的闡述,界定了本文信息化教學資源的研究范疇,提出了論文的理論依據(jù);第三部分介紹了調(diào)查樣本的基本情況;第四部分以數(shù)據(jù)為依托具體分析了影響不同教師使用不同信息化教學資源的內(nèi)外因共9個方面的內(nèi)容;第五部分就存在的問題推出了幾點可行的對策;第六部分為研究的結(jié)論總結(jié)部分,研究表明,不同的教師在選擇使用信息化教學資源時會出現(xiàn)不同的傾向,所以資源開發(fā)時就不能干篇一律,同時還要考慮地域的特性,建立適合當?shù)亍⑦m合教師需求的資源是解決教師反映“資源匱乏“的有效途徑。關(guān)鍵詞遼寧省西部喀左地區(qū),信息化教學資源,需求差異,基礎(chǔ)教育
