5、pared to money, but it is therelationship with the well-being of the few people concerned.According to the perspective of mental account, researched the same value ofmoney and time rewards for satisfaction of corporate e

6、mployee in different contexts.In two times pre-experiment, we had drawn twice various tier cities nationwide totalof 232 employees, which use the methods of scenario simulation and interviews, todetermine the cognitive l

7、abel (conventional / accident) and emotional labels (positive/ negative) excitation successfully . In formal experiment, we had extracted varioustier cities nationwide total of 223 employees, which use the methods of sce

8、nariosimulation and questionnaires measuring, studied employees in cognitive label(conventional / accident) and emotional labels (positive / negative) under satisfactionof money and time incentives, the results as follow

9、s: (1) Under cognitive label, thesatisfaction of money rewards was significantly higher than the satisfaction of timerewards in seniority group of 0 to 3 years. The satisfaction of time rewards wassignificantly higher th

10、an the satisfaction of money rewards in seniority group of 4 to 9,10 to 15, 16 above years; (2) The satisfaction of time and money rewards is affectedby cognitive labels, the satisfaction of accident situations rewards w

11、as significantlyhigher than conventional situation; (3) The satisfaction of time and money rewards isaffected by emotional labels, the satisfaction of positive emotion rewards wassignificantly higher than negative emotio

12、n; (4)The rewards of different cognitive andemotional labels was interactive, there was no difference under rewards of negativeemotion. The conclusions as follows: More and more young employees are satisfiedwith the time
