3、er. So I do some research which focuses uponteachers’professional development in specific subject, study term and the periodof improving specialized knowledge.This research adopted the qualitative research. I hope to off
4、er more concretefresh and vivid cases of reference for the mathematics teacher, especially forthe beginning mathematics teachers, giving them some helpful inspiration andimproving themselves in teaching.Now I take beginn
5、ing two mathematics teachers who work in M.middle school inWuZhou for example . I do a lot of work by observing and viewing their work.Collecting their teaching cases and putting them in order , analyzing and comparingth
6、em again and again. I want to know what affective fators will work on theirprofessional knowledge, motivation and attitude to their work. How are changingin course of professional development. I try to find out the indiv
7、idualcharacters and general characters of these two beginning mathematics teachers.Both of them are effected by different traditional culture. For teacher –studentrelations , Mr. Zhang advocates the absolute authority of
8、 the teacher. But theother Mr. Wang looks after equality between the teacher and student.Mr. Zhangemphasize the moral responsibility ,but he confuses between “teachers cherishingstudents” and “the absolute authority of t
9、eacher” . Mr. Wang was dashed byorientation of modern value though she is enthusiastic in teaching. They havedifferent opinions in developing their profession.In the development of modern education . How to carry forward
