1、隨著改革開放的日益深入，國際社會對中國的關(guān)注與日俱增，法律文本作為對外宣傳的重要材料，其翻譯的重要性也日益凸顯。本文討論的是西安翻譯學(xué)院委托的《教學(xué)管理制度匯編》漢英翻譯項目，總字?jǐn)?shù)共計37萬余字。通過對該項目過程和譯文案例的分析，重點探討功能對等理論視角下規(guī)章制度的翻譯策略以及此類文本翻譯項目中譯者如何通過語言轉(zhuǎn)換技巧實現(xiàn)譯文的準(zhǔn)確性、易讀性和交際功能。通過使用文獻研究、案例分析、寫翻譯日志等方法，本文旨在表明譯者需要對翻譯這種跨文化
