1、商務(wù)合同文本的翻譯是特殊的應(yīng)用文體,為了更好地滿足翻譯工作的要求,翻譯者必須用合適的翻譯理論來指導(dǎo)翻譯行為。本文在目的論指導(dǎo)下,主要運用實證分析法和各種翻譯方法從詞、短語、句子層面分析商務(wù)合同,然后概括出商務(wù)合同所具有的特點。
本文以目的論為指導(dǎo),對商務(wù)合同的翻譯方法進(jìn)行了探究,作者認(rèn)為,基于目的論理論基礎(chǔ)之上的商務(wù)合同翻譯,是行之有效的,具有極強的實踐性和可操作性的。本論文論述了德國功能派目的論的基本概念對中英文合同翻譯
2、的指導(dǎo)意義,研究了語內(nèi)連貫與語際連貫之間的區(qū)別以及連貫原則與商務(wù)合同翻譯之間的關(guān)系,探索了連貫原則指導(dǎo)下實用合同翻譯方法。在翻譯的過程中運用各種靈活的翻譯方法以提高譯文的連貫性。例如:根據(jù)合同語言的特點,在翻譯古體詞、復(fù)雜長句、情態(tài)動詞的時候可以根據(jù)不同的情景和意義創(chuàng)造性地采用公式化翻譯、增譯、減譯、直譯、意譯等翻譯過程中采用的基本翻譯方法。所有這些方法都是為了實現(xiàn)商務(wù)合同翻譯譯本之間的交際效果,并提高商務(wù)合同翻譯的水平和質(zhì)量。
