4、oftware.Results:Theefficiencyofradiotherapybetweentwogroupswas73.3%、91.3%respectively，theChisquaretestshowedthattherewassignificantdifferenceofthetwogroups（2χ=16.500，P=0.000）.therewassomerelativitybetweentheefficiencyofe

5、ldergroupchemotherapy（2χ=10.745，P=0.001）radiationdose（2χ=7.876，P=0.005），theefficiencyofnoneldergrouphadarelationwiththeethnicgroup（2χ=14.081，P=0.001）.Thesurvivalanalysis：Themediansurvivaltimeoftwogroupswere42months、41mon

6、thsrespectively，thelogrankmethodshowedthattherewasnosignificance（2χ=0.003，P=0.954）.theCOXregressionanalysisshowedthatthepatientswhoreceiveddoseofradiotherapyovertaking60Gyhadabetterprognosisthantheonesless60Gy（P=0.000，95
