3、themainfactswhichactuallyimpairoperationalefficiencyabilityofstabledevelopmentinternationalcompetitionoftheenterprisesinourcountry.Thelagofideapracticeincpatecultureconstructionintheenterprisesinourcountryisnaturallyrela
4、tedwiththeshtperiodduringwhichourcountrybegantodevelopmarketeconomyduringwhichtheenterprisesoperateespeciallyintheconditionofmarketeconomy.Butatthesametimethislagisalsohighlyrelatedwithourinsufficientresearchaboutthethey
5、ofcpateculture.Todayinourcountrytheresearchinthisfieldisnotonlydeficientbutalsoremainintheanalysisaboutsomesuperficialproblemssuchasconceptsrolesmodesexperiencestudy.Itisgreatlylackoftheanalysiswhichgoesdeepintothemicrob
6、ehaviofeconomicagentsespeciallyviaeconomictoolslikethenaturekeyfeaturesofcpateculturetheprocessmechanismtoestablishdevelopcpateculturetheenvironmentalconditionsrelevantstrategiesoffmingcpateculturesoon.Consequentlyconsid
7、eringtheimperiousdemincurrentresearcharmingattheexistingproblemsofcpatecultureinourcountrythispaperusesanalyticaltoolsineconomicsespeciallygametheyevolutionarygametheytostudycpateculturedeeply.Thefirstchapterinthispaperf
8、irstlyintroducesinducesanalyzesthepracticeacademicsituationinthestudyaboutcpateculturepaymentsystemtheemployeescanstrengthenthedegreeofenterprises’trustbysomewayssuchassending“signals”.fthecooperationcompetitionbetweenth
9、eemployeesenterprisescanhaveaninfluenceontherelevantactionsviacertainmethods.Consequentlytheinternalgamerelationshipshouldbeanalyzedintheeconomicpointslikeincomecostindertoadopteffectivewaystoconstructcpateculture.Thirdl
10、ytheconstructionofcpatecultureshouldbaseontherealdetailedsituationsinsideenterprises.Eachenterprisehasitsownacterdiffersinmanyaspectssuchasthelevelofincomecooperativecostdiscountrate.Soifasuccessfulwayofcpatecultureconst
11、ructioninotherenterpriseissimplytransferredtothisenterpriseitcouldloseitsrolebecauseitcannotadapttotherealsituationinthisenterprise.Fourthlytherepeatedgameaboutcpateculturebetweenenterprisesemployeesbetweenemployeesfinds
12、thattheactionofenterprisesemployeesisdecidedbythediscountedincomeinaperiodoftimeratherthantheincomeinonetime.Timehasanimptantinfluenceontheconstructionofcpateculture.Astablerelationshipinalongertimeisbeneficialtoenterpri
13、sesemployees.Finallytheanalysisshowsthatifthereareenoughemployeesintheenterprisessomeofthemactirrationallythebesttimefthecpatecultureconstructionistheearlytimeaftertheestablishmentofenterprisesinsometimeinothertimethisco
