2、helearningburnouthasfollowingacteristics.(1)Exhaustedemotion.Fthisacteristicstudentsgenerallylackinenthusiasmsintheirlearningtheyfeelexhaustednervousfrustratedtheycannotcentralizetheirattentionsonthelearning.Students’emo
3、tionisintheextremetirednesstheemotionalresourceisexhaustedthelearningenthusiasmisverylow.(2)Lackinginhumanization.Thatmeansstudentsoftentreatotherswiththeblpassivenegativeattitudetheycannottrustotherstheyareunbelievingov
4、ercriticaltoothers.Theattackbehaviisanextremerepresentationofthelearningburnout.Ontheonehstudentsattackbehavisincreasetheirhumanfrictionsincrease.Ontheotherhtheywillaimatthemselvesharmthemselves.(3)Lowachievability.Learn
5、ingburnoutwillinducelowachievability.Studentswillundervaluetheirachievementssomeofthemwillevennegatewhattheydid.Inrecentyearsmanysurveysaboutcollegestudentsshowedthatthephenomenonoflearningburnoutincollegestudentswasseri
6、ous.FexampleZhangShuetal’ssurveyabout438collegestudentsinInnerMongoliaMunicipalityindicatedthatcollegestudentsleveloflearningburnoutwashigher(Zhang2009P.140142)LiWeiweietalssurveyabout340collegestudentsalsoshowedthatquie
7、tpartofcollegesstudentshadlearningburnout(Li2007P.1921).Collegestudentsassumetheburdenofnationalbuildingtheexistenceoflearningburnoutwouldseriouslyinfluencethelearningtheenhancementoflearningefficiencywhichgoesagainstthe
8、accomplishmentoftheteachingtaskofcollegetheimplementationoftheeducationaltargetblockscollegestudents’healthydevelopmentinbodymindatthesametime.Collegestudents’learningburnoutmainlycomesfromfollowingcauses.Badsocialstylec
9、ulturearetheimptantextericausesofcollegestudents’learningburnout.Collegeisnotaclosedplaceallalongtheopeningacteristicalsomakethemtoproducethelearningburnouttosomeextent.Collegestudents’learningburnoutiscloselyrelatedwith
10、theirselfefficiencyfeelingselfattribution.Somecollegestudentshaddependedonfamilyteacherstoomuchfalongtermwithbadindependenceoflearningtheycouldnotadaptthelearningmodeincollegestheyfailedinlearningsotheirselfefficiencyfee
11、lingwouldbelargelyreduced.Whenfacinglearningfailuretheattributiontendencyisnotrighttoo.Theyalwaysattributedtheirfailurestotheirlowabilitysotheirenthusiasmoflearningwillbelargelyharmedtheywillfeelhelplessinstudy.Somestude
12、ntsalsolackintheabilitytodelaysatisfaction.Theyhavenotfareyesighttheyonlypayattentiontotheimmediateintereststheycannotcontrolthemselvesinlearningwhichisoneofsubjectivecauseoflearningburnout.Collegesshouldreallyemphasizet
13、hepracticeteachingincreasethehardwareinvestmentsofthepracticeteachingperfectmanyestablishmentssuchaslabcomputerlabmultimediatofulfillstudentsdemfpractices.Inadditioncollegesshouldsetuppracticecoursesfstudents’futureemplo
14、ymentdevelopmentcrectthemodeemphasizingthetheeticalcourses.Atthesametimecollegeshouldalsoemphasizecollegestudents’educationofpsychologicalhealth.Lovinglearningbeinghappyinlearningareonestardtomeasurecollegestudents’psych
15、ologicalhealth.Collegesshouldfurthercrectstudents’wronglearningcognitionimprovetheirlearningmethodstrengthentheirsuccessfulexperienceenhancetheirlearningmotivationhelpthemtoovercomelearningburnoutbythelecturegroupindivid
16、ualconsultationspecialpsychologicalhealthycourse.Teachersshouldemphasizetheadopttheheuristiceducationtheresearchteachingmodetocontinuallyenrichtheteachingcontentstrengthenthemofteachingprocessmakestudentstoenterintothele
17、arningbecomethemasterofthelearning.Teachersshouldspeciallypayattentiontotheconnectionbetweentheypracticeinstructstudentstostudytheknowledgeindertoapplyitbyafterschoolactivitiespracticeprobationsenhancetheirabilitytosolve
