2、hool students and analyze the protective factors and risk factors that affect the social anxiety of middle school students. And then based on the evidence, combined with relevant theory and expert argument, writing the g
3、roup cognitive behavioral intervention manual for social anxiety middle school students, and verify the effectiveness of the manual. In the study 1, clustering stratified random sampling was used in this study. A total o
4、f 7978 students from 24 junior and senior high school non-graduating classes in 4 districts of Shanghai were selected as the subjects. Self-compiled demographic questionnaire, self-reported personal information questionn
5、aire and the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED) social anxiety subscale, to investigate the status of social anxiety in middle school students. According to the results of the survey, the differ
6、ences of social anxiety of middle school students in demographic variables, such as grade and gender, were compared. The variables related to social anxiety of middle school students were obtained through correlation ana
7、lysis. The protective factors and risks factors of social anxiety were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. In the study 2, an evidence-based group cognitive behavior intervention manual was complied, the manual bas
8、ed on the related theories, experts’ argument and school psychological teachers’ practical operation opinions. The self-compiled intervention manual was used to carry out anteroposterior and post-test of the intervention
9、 group of social anxiety high-risk students. SAS-A and group counseling were used to assess the effectiveness of the intervention at baseline, 8 weeks, and 3 months follow-up. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) The
10、 social anxiety of middle school students was significantly different in the grade, the higher the junior high school students' grades, the higher social anxiety scores. There was no significant difference in social
11、anxiety scores among the senior high school students, but social anxiety scores of high school students were significantly higher than that of junior middle school students. On the sex, the social anxiety scores of girls
