2、al construction for primary school teachers in our country Abstract In the era of high-speed development of knowledge economy, the national comprehensive strength is largely about the talent and technology contest. Educa
3、tion is the foundation of human resources, science and technology strength. High quality education depends on high quality teachers, which depends on the education of teachers. However, under the condition of market eco
4、nomy, people's moral values and psychological state have been changed. Some immoral thoughts impact people's inner world. In the market economy which under the condition of pursuing maximum benefits, money wors
5、hip, hedonism and individualism style grow crazy, which brings negative influence to the teacher occupation. Among primary school teachers, young teachers are the main force of the group. They conduct students’ ideologic
6、al education work, have a guiding effect on the students’ Ideological and moral level and directly affect the effect of moral education. Therefore, our primary school teachers’ occupation moral construction research has
7、practical significance. Our primary school teachers are most personally motivated and concern and support the party's education policy. We have higher level of educational background and better technical ability. Bu
8、t the young teachers in primary school have no firm ideals and beliefs. They lack occupation pride, strong belief in education, awareness of imparting knowledge and educating people, qualification to be a model for other
9、s. All these problems affect the healthy development of basic education. This paper will describe and analyze in detail our primary school teachers’ occupation moral status and reasons by using ethics and education theo
10、ry and the viewpoint of Marx theory combined with practice. By the anomie phenomenon analysis of primary school teachers’ occupation moral, the original reason of the following three points are summed up: the system of
11、 education, social negative impact of diversification and the teachers themselves lack of accomplishment. In terms of these problems, the paper put forward proposals for China's primary school teachers occupation mo
12、ral construction: improve the occupation moral environment, guide public opinion to the correct direction, create a good atmosphere of morality, perfect the relevant laws and regulations, play the role of the school man
13、agement, update the young teachers' moral education, perfect the construction of teacher occupation moral system and optimize training model of teacher occupation moral. Young teachers should improve their personal
14、 quality, strengthen their own moral self-cultivation, improve self-discipline consciousness and strengthen moral identification ability. Hope these measures will help our country occupation morality construction of youn
