3、red with the plenty of researches, which has been done by foreign researchers, it stays at beginning phase in China for study of the inclusive leadership. As the number of the knowledge staff increase, how to meet the di

4、verse demands from workers is an urgent problem. So the inclusive leadership appears under this situation. Based on the traditional leadership theories, the first question that we should ask is that whether the inclusive

5、 leadership is an independent type of leadership. After that, compared with the existing types of leadership style, it is worth noticing that whether the inclusive leadership performs better in prediction. In the literat

6、ure in western, there is a close relationship between the job satisfaction and the leadership style. The inclusive environment created by leaders can significantly improve the job satisfaction. Moreover, the organization

7、 commitment can also be strengthen by the inclusive leadership so that the employee turnover rate can be decreased. However, no one has investigated the effect of inclusive leadership on the job satisfactions, leader-mem

8、ber exchange (LMX) under Chinese culture. In this paper, the questionnaire is applied to the study the relationship between inclusive leadership and job satisfactions, leader-member exchange (LMX). Carrying out a survey

9、in the factory with 200 workers in Zhengzhou, Henan province, and deploying the structural equation modeling obtain the following conclusions: (1) The inclusive leadership is an independent type of leadership. (2) The st

10、rong relationship is discovered among Inclusive leadership, Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership, Patriarchal Leadership, job satisfactions and leader-memberexchange. (3) Inclusive leadership is able to

11、positively predict the workers’ satisfactions and leader-memberexchange as well. A comprehensive discussion has been presented about the research results. And the limitation of this study is examined and advice on busine
