2、AbstractEffective recruitment is the presupposition and the critical step of human resource management, and ensures organizational performance and goals. This paper uses the basic theories of human resource management an
3、d recruitment to analyze the problems in the recruitment process of Shanghaixxx Ltd.,and does some research in frame an effective recruitment system of Shanghaixxx Ltd. Firstly, it states the resource, meaning and
4、 goals of this topic, introduces the research methods and structure of this paper; Secondly, it defines human resource humane resource and human resource management, then the principles of staff recruitment. It emphasiz
5、es the necessary of recruitment in human resource management, and states the effect factors in staff recruiting, followed by analysis of effective recruitment process. It focuses on the discuss that the presupposition of
6、 effective recruitment are human resource plan and job analysis .Thirdly, it analyzes the main problems in human resource management and staff recruitment, that has no long term recruiting plan and lacks whole considera
7、tion; ambiguous understand in recruiting positions; no necessary organization and training for new hands, and the new crew member are low quality; recruiting process lack scientific and objective management; ways of sele
8、ction are limited, interview is not reasonable; lack effective recruiting feedback and appraisal; not build a reasonable and effective human resource storage systems and etc. Fourthly, and the highlight of the paper, i
9、t points out the problems thatxxx Ltd, should attention, at last it suggests three steps should be done in setting up an effective recruitment system, that are the preparation before starting recruiting, perform and cont
