2、ts graduated from college with master degree or doctor degree. There is no doubt that academic education had made great contribution for science development, social progress and economic construction of our country. But,
3、 along with economic transition, talent demand structure is changing over time. In this knowledge-based economy time, having knowledge is not enough for talents, we need person who have abilities to transit knowledge to
4、productivity or to profit, which is called practical talents. Our Graduate Education is also changing. It is depends on labor market that whether graduate students are qualified and competitive. What other abilities that
5、 enterprises value beside excellent professional knowledge? Interpersonal skills are focused recently. Sometimes, the students who left school with high level of intelligence quotient might bring unnecessary conflicts an
6、d extra management cost to company because they lacked of communication skills. Coaching skill is a kind of management skill rose in western country recently. It is main base on the theories including Motivation Theory,
7、Positive Psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. On the basis of researching of communication and coaching skill, this thesis wants to design a questionnaire which can evaluate communication abilities of graduate st
8、udents and finished testing, surveying, data collection and analysis. And on the basis of survey, the author wants to reveal the overall level of communication skill of graduate students and influence factors and problem
9、s existed. Then on the basis of investigation and practice of my supervisor in class, the author tries to summarize and frame courses of coaching communication skill for graduate students, and provide some reference to t
