簡介:IQ22三39後里大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文專業(yè)學(xué)位AZJ航空公司國內(nèi)航線的競爭策略分析~一從服務(wù)營銷視角院系專業(yè)姓名指導(dǎo)教師完成日期管理學(xué)院工商管理馬廷周周蓉副教授2006年10月17日042025254馬廷周AZ丁航空公司國內(nèi)航線的競爭策略分析摘要在全球化的趨勢下,民航業(yè)作為一個特殊的行業(yè),它經(jīng)歷了計劃經(jīng)濟(jì)、政府兼管、民航重組和市場化初期等階段,已越來越走向成熟。近年來,中國的國有航空公司正面臨著地方航空公司、民營航空公司等競爭者的挑戰(zhàn),以及航權(quán)全面開放和行業(yè)運力過剩等情況帶來的競爭壓力。旅客和作為潛在顧客的普通大眾也比以往要更加關(guān)注航空市場,更加平等地與航空公司對話。其原因主要有三點,一方面是隨著人們生活水平的提高,人們對航空旅游與商務(wù)外出的需求增加了,另一方面是由于航空市場的價格戰(zhàn)、價格聯(lián)盟在改變了機票價格的同時也影響了旅客的選擇,使得參與航空市場的人數(shù)火幅增加,還有另外一個原因就是由于國內(nèi)航空業(yè)的快速發(fā)展、處在轉(zhuǎn)型時期、市場的不規(guī)范引起的旅客不滿日益增多,這些都是航空業(yè)目前的普遍現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)前航空公司存在的競爭方式主要有價格戰(zhàn)、價格同盟、價格同盟的瓦解、等形式。本文通過AZJ航空公司的案例把經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的博弈論、顧客價值最大化理論以及服務(wù)營銷中的系統(tǒng)論結(jié)合在一起研究目前這些航空市場現(xiàn)象,分析這些競爭現(xiàn)象的利弊,指出航空公司的競爭策略走向。我認(rèn)為價格競爭和價格同盟并不是航空公司市場競爭的最優(yōu)決策。雖然率先降價的航空公司,能在丌始時獲得一定的市場份額,但等到其他公司采取同樣措施,都陷入打折的混戰(zhàn)中,“始作俑者”獲得的市場份額就會喪失,最終也必然傷害了整個中國民用航空業(yè)。同樣,價格同盟也不符合市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的規(guī)律,它的產(chǎn)生會使社會的整體福利降低,最后影響了整個行業(yè)的發(fā)展。通過影響旅客選擇因素的分析,結(jié)合ZJ航空公司的情況,論文提出優(yōu)化內(nèi)部支持流程系統(tǒng)、提高特殊情況如延誤航班等的處理能力、細(xì)分旅客市場進(jìn)行明確的公司定位、進(jìn)行多樣化的價格競爭方式,才是航空公司的優(yōu)化決策。論文的目的是希望能對航空公司在國內(nèi)航線競爭篆略的選擇上有所借鑒,能夠幫助航空公司的管理者建立一些理念,使國內(nèi)航空業(yè)的競爭從價格的競爭這一單一競爭變成品質(zhì)、特色和價格三位一體的整體競爭,讓有不同需求的旅客能夠根據(jù)自己的消費偏好選擇鐘愛的航空公司。關(guān)鍵詞航線競爭策略博弈論顧客凈價值服務(wù)營銷第1虬

簡介:隨著新世紀(jì)的到來,我國企業(yè)的經(jīng)營環(huán)境發(fā)生了很大變化。經(jīng)營環(huán)境的變化要求我國企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理進(jìn)行模式轉(zhuǎn)變,實施全新的戰(zhàn)略管理模式基于核心競爭能力的戰(zhàn)略管理。核心競爭力是一個組織擁有的使其具有競爭優(yōu)勢的特性或能力。也是組織制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的核心。本文從北京控制工程研究所組織結(jié)構(gòu)和科研生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀入手,針對該所既是從事國防軍工,又是集研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)于一身的綜合性工程技術(shù)研究所這一特點,在調(diào)研分析的基礎(chǔ)上,找出現(xiàn)有科研生產(chǎn)組織和管理方面存在的問題,根據(jù)現(xiàn)代管理理論從四個方面提出了相應(yīng)改進(jìn)的對策與建議。論文從四個方面對北京控制工程研究所的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了研究和分析第一章,通過對中、美、俄等國家在航天政策和國際航天產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢的分析,明確了北京控制工程研究所在今后發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中應(yīng)關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域方向;第二章,介紹了北京控制工程研究所的背景、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、承擔(dān)的任務(wù)和科研生產(chǎn)設(shè)施能力,以及該所的“十一五”發(fā)展目標(biāo),分析了我國航天產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點;第三章,運用SWOT方法對北京控制工程研究所目前存在的問題和原因進(jìn)行了分析,并介紹了日本NTS公司;第四章,在前三章的基礎(chǔ)上,運用核心競爭力特征理論對北控工程和日本NTS公司進(jìn)行了比較分析,從預(yù)先研究、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、項目管理和信息化等四個方面提出了北京控制工程研究所核心競爭力建設(shè)和實施路徑。

簡介:工商管理碩士MBA學(xué)位論文中國國際航空集團(tuán)維修企業(yè)的機構(gòu)重組與業(yè)務(wù)流程再造作者董馥年級至QQ壘叢墜學(xué)號2Q壘】至Q至璺QQ魚Q指導(dǎo)教師星圭塑煎援定稿時間至QQ魚生】旦】魚旦西南財經(jīng)大學(xué)集團(tuán)F屬幾個維修企業(yè)的內(nèi)部差異,為下,一步合理規(guī)劃整個圉航集團(tuán)的維修企業(yè)全國布局找到客觀依據(jù);第三部分運用產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域轉(zhuǎn)移理論的知識,試模擬出三種側(cè)重點各有不同的維修企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)布局模型,通過分析比較各種模型下的運營成本,最終選擇出最優(yōu)方案;第四部分,對中航集團(tuán)下屬的成都維修基地運用BPR理論進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造,通過對實踐一年后所收獲的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和產(chǎn)生的運營成本與上一年財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較與分析,來驗證在第三部分里所選擇的模型的可行性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性,證明其是能夠達(dá)到集團(tuán)公司所要求的節(jié)約成本的目標(biāo)的方案;第五部分,提出國航的未來之路,將成都基地的BRP業(yè)務(wù)流程再造經(jīng)驗推廣到全集團(tuán),最大程度節(jié)省運營成本,使集團(tuán)公司在“做中國最具價值、中國盈利能力最強、具有世界競爭力的航空公司”的目標(biāo)道路上輕裝快步。本文通過研究國內(nèi)外航空器維修企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,具體分析中航集團(tuán)自身優(yōu)勢與劣勢,對現(xiàn)有人力物力資源合理規(guī)劃和整合,找到適合中航集團(tuán)的維修業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)布局優(yōu)化方案,變利潤中心為成本中心,并在成都基地進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的實踐與驗證,最終在全集團(tuán)內(nèi)實現(xiàn)節(jié)約成本的目標(biāo)。這項研究的意義在于中國航空業(yè)的人機比例一直比國外高出許多,國航重組后達(dá)到1051,已是國內(nèi)航空業(yè)里最低,而美國西南航才841,中國國內(nèi)航空業(yè)運營成本相當(dāng)巨大。在航油價格居高不下、機票價格競爭激烈、運營飛機99%的航材都被空客和波音壟斷的今天,只有通過對內(nèi)部資源的重新整合,有效降低運營成本,才能實現(xiàn)利潤最大化。在維修保障業(yè)這一塊資源上,由于歷史遺留原因和中國的幅員遼闊,具有很多不可改變的特殊性,如何合理規(guī)劃好區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè),最大程度降低維修成本,不僅是中航集團(tuán)的重點改革目標(biāo),也是體現(xiàn)中航核心競爭力的一個重要組成部分。中航集團(tuán)的成功經(jīng)驗若得以在全民航內(nèi)借鑒,也有助于國內(nèi)其它航空公司的發(fā)展,為中國航空業(yè)在世界航空界占據(jù)重要地位共同努力。關(guān)鍵詞中國國際航空集團(tuán)維修機構(gòu)重組業(yè)務(wù)流程再造
