4、ndividual requirements from both the teachers and the students, and some prohibit the teachers’ independence in deciding their own syllabus and the students’ liberty of learning. We conclude that applying humanization in

5、 higher education will improve the present situation in our higher education institutions and in doing so we must change our traditional concepts in the administration of higher education and adopt a “human-centered” att

6、itude toward teaching management. This strategy will embody the individual values and dignity of both teachers and students. And we also need to respect the individuality and liberty of the teaching and the taught. Key
