　　Results:Ovulation occur 75.8％ of women with letrozole and 51.5% of women with clomiphene citrate and the pregnancy rate was 26.4% and 19% respectively with letrozole and clomiphene citrate. End

5、ometrium is thicker in letrozole group than clomiphene citrate group and also number of follicles is less in letrozole group. Ovulation disorder is the main cause in most of the patients.
