2、were divided into 2 groups by random methods．NPTS and the silicone-rubber implantation were operated in one eye of each rabbit，and the other eye was performed NPTS as the control to compare the two groups postoperatively

5、al acuity，IOP，filtration bleb and ocular reaction in the two groups were compared after operation．Results(1)experimental study：Compared with preoperative IOP postoperative IOP of the two groups reduced．There was signific
