2、ion of lymphatic and metastasis. Mehhods:Fourty-six primary breast cancer were immunohistochemically examined for COX-2 and VEGF-C ,and lymphatic was marked by D2-40,the specific antibody for lymphatic endothelium ,court

3、 the LVD,then we analyzed their relationship and correlation with clinicopathologic findings. Result: 1.The expression rate of VEGF-C and COX-2 in human breast carcinoma were56.5 % and 60.8 % in this study. Both high exp

4、ression of the VEGF-C and Cox-2 were correlated with the presence of lymphnode metastasis (P<0.05). Additionally, the expression of VEGF-C was correlated with tumer size (P<0.05). 2 .LVD has significant realation w

5、ith lymphnode metastasis and clinical stage, (P<0.001),and the LVD of breast cancer is upper than benign tumor(P<0.05). 3.A significant correlation was found between the expression of VEGF-C and COX-2 in human bre

6、ast cancer (r=0.422,P<0.005);in the meanwhile,the expression of VEGF-C and COX-2 have significant correlation with LVD. Conclusion: 1.The expression of COX-2and VEGF-C were high in breast cancer,and both of them were

7、have significant realation with lymphnode metastasis.So， to examinate the expression of VEGF-C and COX-2 can be used to therapying and examinate prognosis for the patients of breast cancer. 2.A postive correlation was fo

8、und between the expression of VEGF-C and COX-2 in breast cancer,suggest that COX-2 may promote metastasis by up-grading the expression of VEGF-C indirectly. 3.D2-40 is the special marker of Lymphatic endothelium.In this
