5、r’sviewthereisanimptantbenefittoinvestigatingchannelconflictfromthisnovelperspective.Channelmanagersshouldbeabletoexertmuchmeinfluenceoverhybridchannelconflictthandyadicchannelconflictbecausetheypossessmepowerfmalauthity
