2、編制。編寫(xiě)本規(guī)范的目的是總結(jié)我國(guó)近二十年來(lái)開(kāi)展建設(shè)項(xiàng)目工程總承包和推行工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理體制改革的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn),促進(jìn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目工程總承包管理的科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化和法制化,提高建設(shè)項(xiàng)目工程總承包的管理水平,推進(jìn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目工程總承包管理與國(guó)際接軌,以適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要。本規(guī)范的內(nèi)容有16章,包括:總則,術(shù)語(yǔ),工程總承包管理的內(nèi)容與程序,工程總承包管理的組織,項(xiàng)目策劃,項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)管理,項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)管理,項(xiàng)目施工管理,項(xiàng)目試運(yùn)行管理,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理,項(xiàng)目

3、質(zhì)量管理,項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用管理,項(xiàng)目安全、職業(yè)健康與環(huán)境管理,項(xiàng)目資源管理,項(xiàng)目溝通與信息管理,項(xiàng)目合同管理等。本規(guī)范由建設(shè)部負(fù)責(zé)管理,由中國(guó)勘察設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理和工程總承包分會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)具體技術(shù)內(nèi)容的解釋。本規(guī)范在執(zhí)行過(guò)程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)需要修改和補(bǔ)充之處,請(qǐng)將意見(jiàn)和有關(guān)資料寄送中國(guó)勘察設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理和工程總承包分會(huì)(地址:北京朝陽(yáng)區(qū)安立路60號(hào)潤(rùn)楓德尚A座十三層,郵編:100101,Email:zcb@)以供今后修訂時(shí)參考。本規(guī)范主編單位、參編
