2、Junyi’s sand Fand Dongmei’s theory of state. The author thinks that Feng-Yulan’s theory of state is one of the most systematic and compliment theories in modern philosophers. As it contrasts with Tang Junyi’s“Sheng Ming

3、 Jiu Jing”,Feng-YuLan’s theory of state is more philosophical than Tang’s; Tang’s theory is a comparative culture based on the theory of Buddhism’s “Panjiao”.Though Feng-YuLan’s theory of state is the most systematic it

4、is less acceptable than other Neo-Confucianists,.Many scholars study Feng-YuLan’s thoughts, but few scholar can inherit his thoughts and develop out further; on the other hand, Tang’s and Fang’s thoughts give the import

5、ant impression to academic circles, their students and followers inherit their thoughts and develop out further. The article is divided into three chapters:Chapter one expounds the theoretical base and resource of Feng-Y

6、uLan’s theory of state that integrates with his metaphysics’s system called“Xin Lixue”.“Xin Lixue”is the categorical base of Feng-Yulan’s theory of state, such as the concepts of “Yuzhou”,“Li”,“Qi”,which are expounded c

7、ompletely in “Xin Lixue”.But the difference between“Xin Lixue”and Feng-Yulan’s theory of state in more important, in a word,“Xin Lixue”cant’t testify reasonably, which is decided by Feng-Yulan’s Neo-Realism standpoint. W

8、e can say, the theoretical base and resource of Feng-Yulan’s theory of state is the traditional culture, including Confucianism, Daoism and Buddhism. Chapter two discusses the core content of Feng-YuLan’s theory of state

9、, which is called“Si Chong Jing Jie”, the state of morality and the state of religion are important, the author is centre on the two states. Feng-YuLan’s theory of state based on the category of “Juejie” ,which is good

10、at traditional self introspection and self thinking in western culture, “Juejie” has the western and eastern culture’s merits. Chapter three, we discuss the state theory of Tang Junyi’s and Fang Dongmei’s, theory of stat
