4、he development of colleges and universities. On the basis of organizational environment theory and authorization management theory, this dissertation does a research on the approach to the acquisition of teachers’ psycho

5、logical empowerment in colleges and universities and its influence on teachers’ work. From the perspective of psychology, the teachers' perception of authorization process is studied, discussing how to make the unive

6、rsity teachers' career leap from the loosely independent form to spiritually positive independence, and improve teachers' organizational commitment and job performance by means of intrinsic motivation. By adoptin

7、g the method of literature analysis and system research, this dissertation puts forward the train of thought of researching and solving the problem. Theoretical research model and the basic assumptions are established, b

8、ased on the acquisition of teachers' psychological empowerment and its impact respectively. With the method of questionnaire investigation, this dissertation, using SPSS and LISREL software, makes a statistical analy

9、sis of 796 valid questionnaires from 10 common colleges and universities in Tianjin, and hypothesis test and model verification are executed by applying structural equation model. Through empirical study, the main resear

10、ch conclusions are drawn as follows: 1. Integrated model of authorization management theory is set up in university organizational environment, from the structure empowerment, leadership empowerment to teachers'

11、; acquisition of psychological empowerment. The approaches to getting the four dimensions of psychological empowerment are: environment, structure empowerment and leadership empowerment have positive influence on meaning

12、; structure empowerment has positive effects on competence; self-determination is significantly influenced by structure empowerment; structure empowerment has remarkable positive effects on impact and leadership empowerm

13、ent has negative effect on impact. The conclusion shows that under university circumstance, structure empowerment has significant positive influence on the dimensions of teachers’ psychological empowerment, while leaders
