2、bstract The flourishing rise of the knowledge-based economy sets a whole new demand to the education and teaching. It is placed in an unprecedented position to cultivate people’s innovative spirit and ability. To the hig
3、h school students, their main task is to study, so the cultivation of the innovative ability to study is the vital matter. Today, the rapid development and application of the modern information technology represented by
4、computers and networks offer the necessary condition to the innovative learning of the high students. It will strongly promote the learners to change the way of study from the traditional acceptance to an innovative lear
5、ning. The research in the theory and practice about the cultivation of innovative learning is broadly and deeply developed under the environment of information technology, but it is relatively lack of the study in the th
6、eory and practice of performance evaluation of high school students’ innovative learning under the environment of information technology, especially in the practical field. Therefore, the author consummates the evaluatio
7、n index system based on the study to the theory of performance evaluation of high school students’ innovative learning under the environment of information technology, and solves the problems of the traditional evaluatio
8、n. With an instrument of advanced information technology, the author develops an evaluation system of B/S architecture, which acquired good effects. The thesis has three chapters. In the first chapter, through the use o
9、f literature and survey, it modifies and perfects the existing performance evaluation index system of innovative learning, and establishes performance evaluation index system of high school students’ innovative learning
10、under the environment of information technology. Besides, it applies the system to the practical evaluation. It counts and calculates the evaluation results, and it finds out and analyses the problems. In the second chap
11、ter, with program design method, it designs and develops a B/S architecture system of performance evaluation of innovative learning, which solves the problems of the large number of data statistics in the process of eval
12、uation and a complicated calculating process of the results, and simplifies the evaluating process and promotes the evaluating efficiency. It technically ensures the results of the evaluating feedback accurately and prom
13、ptly. This system includes six subsystems: the login, the evaluation index system management, collection of evaluation data, evaluation of the results of statistics, evaluation results query and feedback, and innovative
