簡(jiǎn)介:近些年,垃圾觀點(diǎn)的識(shí)別引起了工業(yè)界和學(xué)術(shù)界的廣泛關(guān)注。本篇文章致力于一種特殊的垃圾觀點(diǎn)識(shí)別任務(wù),即欺騙性垃圾觀點(diǎn)的識(shí)別。同普通垃圾觀點(diǎn)不同,欺騙新垃圾觀點(diǎn)是由付費(fèi)寫手專門撰寫的虛假觀點(diǎn),意在欺騙讀者。特別的,我們研究了軟文的識(shí)別。軟文是由雇傭?qū)懯肿珜懙奶摷儆^點(diǎn)。為了欺騙讀者,軟文往往故意描述真實(shí)。同軟文對(duì)立面非軟文相反,軟文只是垃圾觀點(diǎn),不包含任何有用信息。在整合了一個(gè)具有雙語言雙感情趨向的數(shù)據(jù)集合后,我們分析了不同寫作心理下的寫作特點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上我們提出了深層次的心理語言學(xué)特征。另外,引入了兩種深層次語言學(xué)特征。第一種來自于語篇解析器。該解析器利用賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)提供的PDTB訓(xùn)練得來。該特征提供了較為句子與句子之前較為深層的信息。第二種特征基于情感分析和垃圾檢測(cè)的關(guān)系提出。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,我們提出的兩個(gè)特征在經(jīng)典數(shù)據(jù)集上的表現(xiàn),相比于基準(zhǔn)測(cè)試都有了很好的表現(xiàn)。
