2、popularization (HEP) is the expecting result of higher education development as well as one inevitable choice of social development of China. HEP involves the enlargement of college enrolment. As we know

3、 rapid increase causes large storage. The swell storage, deriving from neglecting social demands, will certainly bring about the employment problem of the college graduates. This paper, from the viewpoint of real w

4、ork, and the career-choosing education in the colleges, discusses six steps to raise the employment rate of the college qraduates. It falls into five parts: I. Introduction. It analyses the ra

5、pid development in HEP in China and the current serious problems in employment, the main reasons and the significance of strengthening the career-choosing education. II. Present situation and princip

6、al problems in career-choosing education of the higher institutes. III. The dim, principle, content and approaches of career-choosing education. Some theoretical issues are probed into from the practicd

7、 viewpoint. IV. The specific countermeasures of career-choosing education-the focus of this paper. It explains, from the higher institutes viewpoint, the six steps to perfect the career-choosing education among which

8、 changing the notion is the most important. V. Colleges or universities are supposed to improve the surroundings of their graduates’ employment, which are listed in order to assure them the favorable surroundings.
